Sarah's POV
My first class was English Literature which by the way is also connected to history, and I like reading, so English and History it is for me. I entered the class smiling excited to make new friends, but when I saw all these people and they were all talking and having fun I panicked.
My anxieties kicked in and I decided to sit on the few last benches near the door where no one was sitting so that I would be alone and from here I would be able to see the professor clearly.
I know I came to college to make friends but what can I do I am shy to start any new conversation and there are a lot of people.
The professor just come in and was introducing the topic and writing on the board when something or someone from behind near the door caught my eye.
A girl was coming late to the class so she hid and bent down while entering the door so that professors couldn't see her entering late. Since I was sitting in the last seat because of my anxiety, she saw me and sat on the seat next to me because the professor wouldn't notice her sudden appearance.
She talked the whole lecture. She is quite an extroverted person and someone who would make friends easily. Her name is Mia Anderson and she possesses a naturally radiant and expressive face that lights up with warmth and enthusiasm.
Her hazel eyes hold an air of curiosity and playfulness, and they seem to sparkle with every new adventure she embarks upon (just like she just did). Her brows are gracefully arched, adding a touch of elegance to her overall appearance.
Her heart-shaped face is framed by soft, red curls that cascade gently around her shoulders, giving her a youthful and vivacious aura. Mia's smile is contagious, showcasing her genuine and friendly nature, and her rosy cheeks blush easily, revealing her emotions with ease. Mia's style is casual yet effortlessly chic.
Mia is an English literature student and we have two common classes. She is the kind of person everybody loves, an extrovert and charming. We became good friends, more like she became my friend I don't know what she thinks of me as I did not speak much apart from answering the questions she asked like my name and my lectures and stuff like that.
She asked me to go to a cafe after our classes to catch up and meet her other friends. I was hesitant at first but let me tell you she is a pretty persuasive person so I have to agree to meet her at the university cafe.
***
All day went well, all my professors are really helpful and I love my subjects for this semester. I was going back home after my classes were over but I was met by a red-haired girl waiting for me near the exit of the academic block.
She literally dragged me with her to the cafe, because I was planning to escape the meet. (Like I said, I am not good with a lot of people around me).
Not literally but you get the message?? 😅
We went to the cafe and there we met her friends. There were 4 of her friends two girls who were pretty looking and were hung around the neck of two boys. I think they are in a relationship or something by the way they were clinging to each other.
