Lost: A Island Story

Chapter 1

I woke up on a island next to the boat crash.  I looked around to see I was on an island. 'Oh my god, was I stuck on this island? Were there any other survivors? Was I alone?' Thoughts fluttered through my panicked state. 'Okay, I need to calm down. Panic has never helped in a situation like this.' I tried to calm myself down. I quickly got up, going further into the island.

I was suddenly stopped by another teenager that was on the ship. She had long blonde hair like a supermodel's and green eyes like an emerald. I walk to her. "Who are you?" I asked the girl. "I-I don't know! I don't even know my name!" The girl panics. I went to calm her down. "I don't know my name either, but I can give you a name?" I offer to the girl.

"W-What name?" The girl asked, clearly afraid of what's going on. "How about.... Rebecca?" I offer. The girl smiled, calming down. Her smile was as bright as the sun and it filled my heart with joy. "I like it!" Rebecca exclaimed. 

"Can I name you?" She asks me. I looked at her, curious to what my name could be. "Go ahead." I say, as Rebecca thought deeply about it. "Oh! How about Ashley?" She asked, causing a weird look from me. "Ashley? I'm a guy not some middle aged woman." I joked a bit, laughing at my own joke. "How about Ash?" Rebecca offered. I had to admit Ash had a ring to it. 


"I'll take it." I say, being nice to Rebecca. "We should stick together to survive." I offered Rebecca, causing her to nod. Suddenly, a nearby dead guard's radio went off. 

"Boat has crashed! Prisoners have escaped!" The voice says, as another voice begins speaking. "Execute any escaped prisons." The second voice commanded. "Prisoners?" Rebecca asked, afraid again. 

"Looks like we need to go." I say, picking up the radio and walking further into the island with Rebecca.
