Sakuya Kamado (Kamado Sakuya, 竈門 咲夜) is the older sister of Tanjiro and Nezuko Kamado along with her twin brothers, Yoriichi and Michikatsu. After their family were slaughtered by a Special Grade Cursed Spirit, they were taken by Satoru Gojo who mentored them and became his students along with Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki and Yuji Itadori.

Appearance: Sakuya is a tall young woman with a lean muscular build, fair skin, maroon eyes, and long spiky hair with red tips that she kept in a ponytail. Both Sakuya and Yoriichi had a red-flame marks on their top-left side of their forehead. She has a similar overall appearance to her twin brothers Yoriichi and Michikatsu, but unlike them, she was slightly more shorter, had shorter bangs, and wavier hair than her twin brothers. Like Yoriichi, Sakuya is mostly expressionless, though sometimes a little solemn and aloof.

Sakuya wore a white haori with a sakura flower patterns over a very pale blue-colored nagagi kimono with a black umanori-hakama pants, a pair of zōri with blue straps and white tabi socks, with a black sword carried at the left side of her waist, conventional to her twin brothers Yoriichi and Michikatsu. Sakuya and Yoriichi wore a Hanafuda earrings created by Kie Kamado whom she thought they were deaf.

Personality: Sakuya is a very calm, extremely quiet and respectful individual who wore a solemn and reserved expression at all times, rarely showing outbreaks of emotion. Generally, Sakuya had a matching low and serene disposition, evident when she killed curses without changing expression or when (?) was caught offguard by her immense skill because she appeared unassuming. Because of her gentle disposition and unchanging facial expression, most could not tell what she was feeling: the only people who could read her feelings without difficulty was her siblings and Yuji Itadori. However, despite her kind and understanding nature along with her doll-like demeanor due to her extremely quiet nature, Sakuya does have a limit to her tolerance and has a distaste for rudeness and cowardice as she easily becomes annoyed by (?)'s constant whining, and angered by (?)'s barbaric actions.

Sakuya's first name is named after KohonaSakuya-Hime, a Shinto Goddess of all volcanoes in Japan.

Like Tanjiro, Sakuya also inherited her hard forehead from their mother Kie Kamado.

Like her ancestor Suyako Kamado, Sakuya has a habit of falling asleep almost one day which often made Tanjiro, Yoriichi and Michikatsu even Yuji and Satoru wonders if she's okay.

After her mother Kie gave her and Yoriichi a Hanafuda earrings, both Yoriichi and Sakuya realized they received them because their family had considered them deaf. She was the first person they had ever spoken to.

Because of Sakuya's extremely quiet demeanor, it startled everyone when she gets angry.

Sakuya prefers to be with her twin brothers, Tanjiro and Nezuko.

Like Tanjiro, Sakuya is the one who carried Michikatsu in a wooden box in her back.
