Flashback:

In the midst of their battle with the formidable bear, Johsai and Ashai pick up a mysterious glowing object. As they touch the object simultaneously, a radiant light envelops their veins, and an inexplicable surge of energy courses through their bodies.

Joshai: "Nani? Kore wa nanda? Ashai, watashi no te o nigiru." (何？これはなんだ？アシャイ、私の手を握る, What is this? Ashai, hold my hand.)

The glow intensifies as they clasp hands, and an unbreakable connection forms between them, as if their souls are intertwined.

Ashai: "Sugoi, kore wa nani ka?" (すごい、これは何か?, Amazing, what is this?)

Joshai: "Wakaranai, demo kore wa Ore-sama-tachi o tsunagu mono da." (わからない、でもこれは俺様たちをつなぐものだ, I don't know, but it seems to connect us.)

Later, Johsai wakes up back in the real world, cradling Ashai in his arms, and they are discovered by Tsugi, a healer specialist.

Tsugi: "Um, hello, are both of you okay?"

Joshai: "I'm okay, not sure about Ashai."

Tsugi: "Do you want me to cast a healing spell?"

Joshai: "U-uh, sure. You're a magician?"

Tsugi: "Yes, I'm a Platinum Master Mage."

Joshai's mind: She's the same rank as me.

Tsugi casts a healing spell on Ashai, and she wakes up, looking confused.

Ashai: "What happened?"

Tsugi: "I thought both of you were asleep in the middle of the woods, so I came to check if you guys were okay. I'm a Healer for my group, but they got slaughtered by Osore, if you know him."

Joshai: "Osore?!"

Ashai and Joshai: "Who are you anyway?"

Tsugi: "Oh yeah, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Tsugi. I'm a healer specialist, and I'm also on standby to heal those who are injured. My father also taught me a few magic spells to protect myself against bad people."

Joshai: "Ohh, alright. Well, since your teammates have already been slaughtered, you might as well join our team, right?"

Tsugi: "But you guys are only two."

Joshai: "I'm the same rank as you, and she is one rank lower than us. Both of us heal each other, and we have also met Osore."

Tsugi: "Oh! Well, in that case, I'll be joining your team, I guess."

Ashai: "Just to be clear, he's mine."

Tsugi: "Ok..."

With Tsugi now officially a part of their team, the trio continues their journey with renewed determination. The mysterious power they obtained from the glowing object strengthens their abilities, making them a formidable force against the monsters they encounter.

Flashbacks of their encounters with the mysterious entity and Ogami haunt Johsai's thoughts. The enigmatic nature of these encounters and Ogami's cryptic guidance leave him pondering their significance.

Johsai: "I can't help but wonder about the purpose behind those encounters. What if there's a bigger plan at play?"

Ashai: "Maybe we're destined to face a greater challenge, something beyond what we can currently comprehend."

Tsugi: "Regardless, we'll face it together. We're not alone in this journey."

Their conviction strengthens as they get closer to their ultimate goal. Finally, they reach the edge of a dark forest, where rumors suggest Osore resides in a hidden lair.

Johsai: "This is it. Osore's lair lies ahead. Are you both ready?"

Ashai and Tsugi nod with determination.

Tsugi: "We've come this far together, and we won't back down now. Let's face whatever awaits us."

Johsai: "Right. No matter how formidable Osore may be, we'll overcome this challenge as a team."
