It was the first day of Christmas break and Salem had spent all afternoon trying to convince Finn to go to this party with him.

Lights were dancing throughout the dark room, people dancing along to the music and laughing. Drunken teenagers are scattered throughout the house holding their drinks and swaying to the music.

Salem immediately spots some of his friends sitting on the couches and leads Finn over to sit with them. There weren't any seats left open next to each other so Finn sat on the couch across from Salem. They drink and they talk, getting excited about tv shows they all watch and the latest school dramas.

"We should play truth or dare." Katelyn says, downing a shot of tequila.

"I'm down." Salem says.

Finn goes quiet, mostly just observing, maybe doing a little bit of silent judging.

"Ooo can I join." Katherine baker comes over, swaying slightly.

She wobbles over to Finn, taking a seat on his lap. Salem stares her down, but she didn't seem to notice. Finn moves his hands away from her, careful not to touch her but doesn't push her off.

"Why are you being so weird?" She asks, pushing Finn back into the couch a bit. "Do you have a girlfriend?" She asks, slurring her words slightly.

"No." He says, involuntarily glancing over at Salem. There's a pained look in his eyes, but he wasn't sure what to say without them all asking more questions.

Finn's heart sank and he wanted more than anything to push her off, but instead he just froze. Salem was staring him down now, clenching his jaw before downing shots.

"So cute. Just like the good old days." Katelyn beams. "Ok so who's first?"

Cody speaks up. "I'll ask first. Miley truth or dare?"

Miley leans forward, her dark black hair falling into her face.
"Huh? Oh uhh dare I guess..."

"I dare you to.... Give someone a hicky."

She smirks, getting up and heading over to Salem. He shakes his head. "Yeah I'm good, thanks."

"Whats the matter? Its not like you're against them." She says pointing to an exposed hickey on his collarbone.

He glances over at Finn briefly before turning back to her, fast enough so that nobody noticed.

"I'm not against them. Just don't want them from anyone else." He shrugs.

She scoffs, turning over to Cody. "Ok fine. Cody's the better choice anyways." She moves onto his lap, kissing and sucking on his neck.

Finn down a couple shots, leaning away from Katherine. He went dead silent the rest of the night. He didn't even want to be here but Salem dragged him here anyways. He never liked parties, they were too loud and too crowded and he'd rather be at an empty park or Salems house. Places where he felt safe.

Miley turned to Damon next.

"Truth or dare?"

"Dare." His lips curve into a wicked grin. "I'm ready for whatever you have love."

"I dare you to... Lick... Katherines ear."

He chuckles leaning over and licking Katherine ear. She giggles and squirms on Finn's lap. A vile repulsive feeling settled in his stomach and he kept picturing throwing her off of him and storming out the door. He knew she didn't mean any harm but her touch made him want to puke his guts out.
