It's 5:45 pm, and we agreed to meet at the small club in London around 8 pm which gives me about 2 hours to get ready. I shower and wash my hair which took about thirty minutes. After I get out I pick my dress. While trying to decide what I'm wearing, I get a phone call.

"Hey Mase, what's up?"
"Hey Lilah, my best friend's sense is tingling, do you need help with something?"
"Yeah actually, I can't choose what to wear. The whole F1 grid is meeting at a small club tonight to celebrate the start of a new season. Also, do you wanna be my plus one?"
"I would love to be your plus one. I know exactly what dress you should wear, the white one that we brought from that small shop a few months ago."
"Awesome, thank you so much, Mase! I knew I could count on you, I'll send you the address of the club."
After hanging up with Mason I started to dry my hair and did a no makeup, makeup look. I didn't use too much tho as my mum always said " You don't need to do any makeup darling, you are gorgeous."
I put on the dress that Mason recommended and it fit like a glove. I went with a pair of white high heels and some basic jewelry.

I arrived at the club at the same time as Mason, we walked in with a few security guards trying to keep the paparazzi away. They kept trying to ask us questions. "Are you two dating" "What's it like to be a formula driver as a woman" "Lilah Lilah do you have a significant other" "Did you ever date Harry Styles" are the basic questions that I always get asked.
I saw Max and we hugged each other. "Hey Max, this is my best friend Mason Hunt. Mason this is Max Verstappen, my new teammate." I said. "Hey Lilah, hello Mason, nice to meet you, I'm a huge fan of your movies. The guys are over there." Max responded.
"Hey guys, this is Delilah Bearman and her friend Mason Hunt," Max said to the group. The guys said hi and we started to talk. Asking questions and getting to know each other. "So do you have any siblings Delilah?" asked Sebastian. I responded "Yeah, I have two brothers, Ollie and Thomas. Ollie is actually in Formula Two with Prema Racing." Charles said, " I have a younger brother too, Arthur he drivers for DAMS."
After we had some drinks, not too strong for me as I had more pre-season testing the next day, I wanted to dance. The club was playing one of my favorite songs "Miss Americana & The Heartbreak Prince". I dragged Mason to dance with me. Moving my hips to the beat of the song.
She is gorgeous, her smile can literally light up a room. I'm pretty sure Arthur is friends with her brother, I have no clue why he never mentioned the blonde beauty. Watching her dance has me mesmerized. I can't believe that I only just met this girl and she has my heart beating fast. "Charles, Charles," said Carlos trying to get my attention. " What," I said dumbfounded.
"Man you have a little drool over there, are you really drooling over a girl you just met?" asked Pierre. "What no I am not, I mean she is gorgeous, I want to focus on my career," I replied.
Hopefully, I can talk to her more during the season. What am I thinking, I need to talk to Arthur. I told my friends that I'm gonna go into the hotel the team rented as there is an official conference tomorrow for all the drivers.
When I got home I went on Instagram, searching for Lilah on Instagram. She posted a photo from tonight.
