"I'm not doing this anymore." Alaia whined, dropping the small dumbbell weight on the ground.
"I am not built for this Jordie, do you see these arms? Thin as paper." Jordyn rolled her eyes as Alaia sat down on a bench. "Alaia, that was literally only like 20 pounds."
Alaia shook her head, "No." Jordyn put her weights down and sat down next to Alaia. "What do you mean no?" She laughed, taking a big gulp from her water bottle.
"I mean no.. I don't wanna do this anymore." She told her, breathing heavily. "You the one who said you wanna come with me. You took the day off too.." Jordyn said.
"How do you do this everyday?" She groaned. "I hate sweat, I feel dirty." Alaia fanned herself with her hand before blowing out a breath of air. "I'm almost done, 20 more minutes baby."
Alaia ended up going to the car and putting the AC all the way up. She put the seat all the way back and grabbed her phone to order some food.
There was food spots in the area so it shouldn't take that long for the food together. In the meantime she decided to count how many cars went by.
"38, 39, 40, 41, 42.... 43, 44, 45, 46-" The car door suddenly opened and she quickly looked over to see Jordyn getting in the car with the bag of food.
"Ordering fast food to a gym is crazy. Here." Alaia frowned and took the bag. "You messed up my counting, I barely got to 50." She watched Jordyn put her bag in the backseat, sit down and start the car.
"I'm sorry, lemme get some fries though." She asked, throwing her seat belt on and holding her hand out.
"Here." Alaia grabbed a handful of the cajun fries and put them in Jordyn's hand. Jordyn smiled and ate two of the fries at once as she backed out of the parking lot.
Alaia had ordered herself cajun fries and a chicken sandwich from popeyes and wasn't planning on sharing but when Jordyn asked she couldn't say no.
The two have been closer and more attached than ever in the last 2 weeks. They've spent every minute together after Alaia gets off of work just enjoying each other's company.
