The youngest daughter of the Goodwin Family was still in bed sleeping away like today isn't a important day for her sister.
"Renessa?" the maid shook her gently
"Hmmm...what lizzy?" She said in a sleepy voice rolling over to the other side
"You have to get up now "
Lizzy said with a soft smile
"But why....."she wined dramatically with the maid shook her head and huffed in disbelief
"Did you really forget Nessa? It's your sisters engagement party." She jumped up and gasped
"Shit!!"
"Don't let your father hear that"
"Yeah right.... I don't really care"
She smiled up at the woman she considered family
"Nessa! Come on get up and get ready your sister will need you" She smiled at her and got out of bed and stretched before yawning.
"Of course, while I take a shower can you get my dress ready?"
"Yes of course princess" she ran out the room
She scrubbed her body did her skin care routine
After she was finished she wrapped a towel around her and went back to her room.
Renessa POV
On my bed was a long silk pink dress. My sister knew exactly what I needed she's amazing!
I put the dress on and zipped the back up carefully trying very hard not to rip it. But it got only half way
"Lizzy!" She walked into the room wearing a peach pink dress with flowy sleeves
"You look very pretty Lizzy" she smiled at me warmly
"Thank you Nessa but you look even prettier"
"Thank you, but tell me which jewelry should I wear?"
"Hmm, the gold necklace with the pink heart and the gold rings you got from your mother, they complement your eyes so beautifully and your family ring to top it off. Also put on your pink diamond earrings "
......I love her
"Ahhh thank you I can always count on you"
Nobody else in this house understands fashion...literally nobody
I walked out of my room down the stairs with Lizzy following behind me. Lizzy has been here for me since I was a child she's my personal maid but I look up to her as an aunt because she always has that type of warm aura around her and she always helped me. She didn't judge me and she treated me like family. I love her more than anything. I was so deep in thought I didn't see someone coming and I ended up bumping into them which lead to me falling backwards on to my ass.
"Nessa!" Lizzy panicked
"Ahh shit. Damn it my dress is getting all dirty. I'm so sorry" he gave me a hand without saying anything I looked at it for a few seconds before taking it
When I got up he was staring at me and I almost gasped at the sight before my eyes
This man...was utterly beautiful absolutely gorgeous there was no other way to put it
Dark brown eyes staring at my light brown ones black hair falling onto his forehead
Soft looking Pink lips his skin looked like a babies but oh my
"You bump into me and the thing you worry about most is...your dress?" He said lifting s perfect eyebrow. But I snapped out of my daze immediately
"Yes...this dress is special" I'm not even joking it really is.
"I'm sorry Mr Levine, she wasn't trying to be rude-
"Come on Lizzy!" I grabbed her hand and dragged her with me
We we were at the entrance of the kitchen now the party was outside in our garden. I walked into the kitchen to see my second oldest sister..
Ravery I ignored her and took my favorite yogurt from our fridge and walked back out into our living room.
I sat on the couch and ate away humming at every bite. Strawberry yogurt is the best
"Ahh Renessa, here you are" I looked up and saw my papa with two people behind him I got up and hugged him
"Good morning papa, how are you?" I asked giving a kiss on each cheek
"Good morning princess I'm doing good, come out side let me introduce you to my friends"
Before I could protest he dragged me outside
There were beautiful turquoise and white flowers everywhere a big fountain in the middle and everyone was spread evenly around the garden talking and laughing I looked around quickly and spotted my sister I basically ran to her before my father could drag me to those people....
"Ralin!" I almost yelled at the top of my lungs she jumped slightly before turning around and smiling at me
"Renessa! my favorite sister you're wearing the dress! You look absolutely amazing!"
