dear vanitas,

you may be wondering why this is sitting on your bed. we dorm together after all. i know that you are unlikely to participate in this kind of thing, but please listen. i figured though that instead of exchanging words, face to face, we could exchange letters. since you don't like to open up, i'm taking this as my opportunity to try and get you to do just that. you can talk about anything, what you did, how you feel, absolutely anything. just try to open up to me vanitas.

i'll start then. vanitas, recently i've been heading out more and going sightseeing in paris on our time away from missions. specifically to the eiffel tower, it's soothing to sit there for a few minutes with murr. usually i see people on edges of sidewalks around the tower, sketching or reading a book. i'd like it if there was a day where you could come out with me and sit for a few minutes. it truly is a sight to behold. now it's your turn vanitas, hope to see a letter from you soon.
