a/n ~ the title was definitely inspired by Ratt's song called "Lay it Down" but hey it's my first time writing a smut chapter or imagine sooo here we go!
"Speed up y/n!" Your brother Ryan yells out "I'm trying!!!" You yell back at him. You guys were driving fastly because there was a concert tonight and you guys really didn't wanna miss it "Faster!!" He yells "IM FUCKING GOING!!!" You yell out causing him to shut the hell up "sorry" you say and you hear police sirens approaching closer "Shit! Shit! See there Ryan?? This is what speeding does, now we're going to fucking miss it. Just act injured" you say stressed and you and the police car pull over.
You roll down the window and the cop approaches the vehicle "You know why I pulled you over Miss?" He says pulling off his sunglasses and holy shit he was hot "Yes, uh my brother here is injured and we were rushing to the hospital so I was speeding." You say and the officer turns on his flashlight and turns it to your brother who is holding his arm "you forgot your emergency flash lights and that's why I pulled you over" he says turning his flashlight off.
I'm surprised he bought the whole injury thing.
"Oh yes! I'm sorry Mr.. " you say trying to catch his name "Officer Rose" he says "uh Mr. Rose were pretty sure he broke his arm from cliff jumping earlier at the lake and we were in such a rush to get to the hospital I forgot them" you say hoping he wouldn't think it was too suspicious "I guess I will let you go, but next time you will be charged" he says handing you a price of paper "But your still charging m-" you say looking down at the paper that has his number on it "Call me, your hot anyways" he says smiling and kissing you from the window which caught you way off guard "o-okay" you say smiling as he walks off.
*** A few days later ***
Goodness, after that concert which you and your brother was a few minutes late to you were exhausted but you couldn't stop thinking about Officer Rose when he pulled you over that night. So you called him.
The phone rang a few times before he picked up the phone "Hello?" He says "Hi officer Rose, it's the girl you pulled over that night" you say smiling "Ahh yes, your hot. Can I come over?" He says "U-uh yes, yes! Come over" you say and you give him your address and hang up.
