Percy ran and ran as fast as he could to the beach. Of course it wasn't that far away, but during this time, it seemed to be slower than usual.
Everything didn't work as well as it used to when Sally was alive. The time actually worked... The world actually spun. Now the time doesn't work. The world doesn't spin. All of that was because his one and only mother had died right in front of the little seven year old boy.
Nothing was the same.

**Hello, I'm Bob the time skip*

The little boy had finally reached his destination.
The Ocean.
He took of his DC tennis shoes along with his socks and stuffed them in his already full backpack.
Percy stepped into the water, and felt calmness flow threw him, also a sense of belonging as if the sea had been thrown something that it has lost.
As if he was a fish himself, Percy dove into the water not even thinking about the backpack, that would get soaked in the process.
The waves and currents seemed to know exactly where Percy wanted to go...the only problem was that he wasn't going farther out into the ocean, he was going down into the ocean.
He didn't try to fight it. It didn't cause him any pain.
All at once fish of all kinds swan up to the young boy and bowed, but then quickly got back up, and lifted Percy up, as of he where on a platform dive scene In a movie.
Just as Percy didn't think things could get any worse he heard many voices in his head.
"Sorry, Prince. But the Lord has asked us too."
"Sorry my prince."
"So so so sorry sire."
"We are glad the Sea had brought you home!"
"The High Lord won't shut up about you!"
But the last one is what caught him off guard.
"Your father will be pleased."

Who was his father?
Why isn't he drowning by now?
Why are there voicesninside the little boys head?
But most of all, Why was his mother dead? Why did she have to marry Gabe?
So many questions unanswered...

The fish kept carrying the seven year old until they reached a mansion-no- Castle, made out of coral reef, sea shells, and seaweed.
All kinds of Sea animals where swimming around, some even looked like they were having a mutual conversation.

Just then, Percy saw hut after hut after hut, that's when he realized, that there was an actual underwater community. He wondered what lived in the huts, until he saw.
He saw woman standing on top of the castle, Golden crown placed gently on her long flowing brown~red hair, a sea-shell bra made out of golden clams. Below her waist, is what caught Percy off guard. She had a tourquise mermaid tail, like the ones you see in "the little mermaid".

" Who are you?" The woman asked, making it clear she was a royal Queen.

"I'm Perseus Thesus Jackson. My mother was Sally Jackson." The boy spoke in a clear direct tone of voice, showing he wasnt afraid.

The Queens eyes widened in surprise. "Oh my gods... Your her son. Well, she'll be happy to know that you've stayed alive with your mortal mother."

The seven year old looked at the Royal, with confusion written all on his face. "Who are you, mi'lady?"

Now, Percy knew how to talk respectfully, I'm times like this, but during other times..Well
his nick name was Persassy for a reason.
Yes it is very awkward for the seven year old to be seeing a mermaid, and other mermaids and mermens... But he was also breathing under water.
How in the name of Hades can you do that?

"Hmmmph." The Queen snorted. "You're just like your father. Always not paying attention at all. Always has hisbmind on something else other than the conversation that they're having with someone."

"Who are you? Do you know my real father? My mother told me to come to the sea, that my real father would be here..."
The boy spoke softly, as if he was scared of the Queen.

"Where's your mother boy? I need to talk to her. She had an af-" The Queen started bitnwas cut off by the seven year old, crying.

"What's wrong, child?"

"S-S-S-She's g-g-g-gone!!!! My mom is dead!! I can't see her anymore!" By this point Percy was sobbing His eyes out. He missed his mom... A lot. He really didn't want to leave his home, because his mother's body was still in there, but he knew he had to leave.

The Queen was quite shocked, to say the least. Sally Jackson, has always had her way with things. But what if a mortal hurt her? Or a Greek monster? Maybe even a God?

Quickly, she swam down to the young boy and took him into her arms.
"Shhh, its okay now young Perseus. It's okay."

After 8 minutes, Perseus had fallen asleep in the Queens arms. She decided it was time to show her husband, who she had run into.

**Bob again**

The King of the Sea's was having a rough day. His brother was trying to start a war again. He's God of the Dramatic Arts for a reason.
Since its been a hard day he decided that he would sit on his throne, and watch over the mortal world, and the fishermen on his territory.

Suddenly, The King heard heals clicking against the floor, then a faint, "Shh".
Poseidon raised from his throne, and his Trident appeared in his right hand.

He saw the shadow, of a figure, about to turn the corner. He raised his right arm, and was about to throw it, until he saw who it was.

"Aphmitrite." He said, letting out a breath of air, he didn't know he was holding in. He then looked down into his wife arms. There layed a young boy aroung the age of six or eight, with untamed raven black hair like his own, and perfectly tanned skin. Strapped on the child's back was a deep blue backpack, almost to the point of the zipper popping off.

"Who is this?" The King asked, although he had a pretty good idea.

Poseidon's wife looked down at the child in her arms.
"Perseus Jackson."
