Addy struggled in Sam's arms until the elevator dinged, signalling that they were now on the reception floor.

Sam wrapped an arm around the traumatised blonde and led her outside, grabbing her waist when she tried to turn and run back inside.

Addy's sadness soon turned into anger, her hands beating Sam's chest, her right one shaking slightly from her tremor, begging Sam to let her go back for Dewey.

She stopped once she saw the police bringing out Dewey's body, covered by a white sheet. The blonde wrapped her arms around Sam's middle, burying her face in her chest whilst Richie stopped Gale from running to Dewey, her sobs being thing Addy could hear as Sam comforted her, stroking her hair gently.

Gale sat in the waiting room, arm wrapped around Addy. The paramedics had bandaged the youmg woman's ankle, and Gale had made her stay with her until they could figure out what to do next.

"I want Sidney." Addy whispered childishly to Gale, her head on her shoulder.

"I know you do, baby." She said, pressing a kiss to Addy's temple.

"I'm sorry." Sam said, walking up to the pair, "I didn't know him well, but... he helped me."

"That's what he did." Gale sniffed, "He helped people."

"Even when they didn't deserve it." Addy murmured, thinking back to the 2011 killings when he helped Jill.

"I should've stopped." Gale said lowly.

"If you had, my sister would be dead." Sam reminded her.

"He's Dewey Riley, you can't stop him from helping people." Addy said, lifting her head to look at Gale, taking her hand.

"Samantha, your sister's awake." A nurse said from across the hall.

Gale nodded, telling her to go to Tara, and Addy settled back down, her head on Gale's shoulder.

"Gale." A voice said. Addy looked up, to see Sidney standing there in all her leather-jacket glory.

"Sid." Addy said, jumping from the chair and enveloping her cousin in a hug.

"Hey, Ads, getting into more trouble?" Sidney attempted to joke, but she felt Addy's tears soak through the top she was wearing.

"He's gone, Siddie, I tried to help him." She told her, and Sidney rubbed her back comfortingly.

"I know you did, baby." She said gently. Addy detached herself from Sidney, allowing Gale to give her a hug.

"I came as soon as I heard." Sidney told her as she stood up from the chair, "I'm so sorry."

Gale cried into Sidney's shoulder, mourning the loss of her ex-husband whom she still loved. Addy could see Sam looking at them.

"You shouldn't be here." Gale said, pulling away from the hug.

"You two shouldn't be here either." Sidney pointed out, looking at her cousin who was supposed to be far away from Woodsboro by now.

"Mark and the kids are OK?"

"Yeah, they're safe for now." Sidney replied, nodding, "I'm here to make sure of that."

Gale was trying to hide her sobs, but Sidney pulled her into another hug, holding an arm out for Addy as well, allowing her two wrap her arms around the two older women.

The three settled down on the sofa, Addy cuddling into Sidney this time, glad her cousin was here to help her.

They were nearly done catching Sidney up on the situation, when Sam appeared, pushing Tara in a wheelchair out of the hospital, Richie beside her.
