One of the most powerful, prideful and reckless of the Watchers of Elysium, notable for his immense fascination and pride in his ability to tame the lightning at his back and call and he showcased such a display by seriously commanding lightning storms to appear above him, strike him down, gained it's energy and released it upon his enemies with such an awe-inspiring power.
