Miho put a cape on his brother's shoulder, getting her brother ready for the war.

Seokmin: You decided to get your brother ready. You never do that usually. Why today, dear?

Miho bite her lower lip and looked down.

Seokmin: C'mon, tell me.

Miho: Please, don't hurt soonyoung.

Seokmin looked at her with his neutral face making her scared. But soon his poker face was no more, a small smile appeared on his lips.

Seokmin: I will never do something that will hurt my sister.

-seokmin caressed her head and looked in her eyes with love and care.

Seokmin walked near his bed and started to wear his knight armor over his padded jacket. He took his metal head cover in his hand and turned towards his nervous sister.

Seokmin: It's very good to see that you aren't worried about your brother. It will really help you to survive in my absence.

-seokmin cupped her cheeks and kissed on her forehead.

Her heart ached in guilt.

Miho: seok

-Before miho could say something. Seokmin quickly emerged out of the room. Miho was about to follow him until her eyes caught a unfamiliar bottle near his bookshelf.

(Next day)

Clara: It's good to see you here, Nayeon.

Nayeon: Same here, princess. We are helping Daejeon only for princess Y/n. Once we took her from the Daegu, we will be no part of the war.

Jeonghan: Don't worry, Queen. Daegu really played dirty. First they tried to kill clara, me and they held our Y/n captive.

Jisoo: We don't know yet that Y/n is Daegu's prisoner or not, jeonghan.

Nayeon raised her eyebrows.

Nayeon: What is prince jisoo saying about?

Clara: He know nothing about Daegu, Queen. Me and prince jeonghan saw the King of Daegu torturing Y/n.

Nayeon nodded her head.

Jisoo: This war will lead us to no-

-jisoo was interrupted by the commander junhui.

Junhui pulled jisoo away from them and whispered.

Junhui: Let them attack on Daegu, prince. This the chance to take Y/n and Bumzu from the palace. Once we find Y/n and bumzu, I will blow up the surrender horn.

-jisoo sighed in frustration and nodded his head.

Seokmin: So, everything seems prepared.

-Everyone turned around and saw seokmin standing beside his white horse.

Jeonghan: We did what we were told by you-

Seokmin: I didn't tell you to kill your own father, jeonghan.

-jisoo furrowed his eyebrows and looked at jeonghan in disbelief.

Jeonghan: What nonsense?! I will never do that.

-seokmin hummed in response and glared at clara.

Seokmin: Let's head towards Daegu. Commander junhui, lead your troops.

-junhui nodded his head and blowed the whistle.

Seungcheol: Everyone is on their position. Commander Chan will guard the north gate of palace with catapults and shields, voice commander will guard the south gate with archery. Me and soonyoung will take the west side.

Seungcheol: Everyone will show what they can do. Don't show mercy on our enemies. Show them why Daegu always had it's position on number one.

Seungcheol: Prince Wonwoo will guard the castle. Kill the enemies if you see any of them entering in our castle and harm our Queens and princess.

Wonwoo: Yes, my lord!!

Seungcheol looked at his brother and nodded his head.

Soonyoung: Everyone, get in the position!!

-soonyoung roared, anger laced on his voice which made the King proud of him.

Each and every maids, servants started to go in their chambers to stay safe. The royal ones started to make their steps towards the guest hall with the Queens.

Yuna hugged soonyoung.

Yuna: I know you're brave son. But please stay safe.

Soonyoung: Okay, ma

Yuna broke the hug and looked at seungcheol.

Yuna: I want both of you to come back alive and with victory.

Seungcheol: Yes, ma.

Seungcheol: I have one request, ma!

Yuna: What's that?

Seungcheol: I gave some potion to Y/n yesterday. She's still sleeping in my room. I don't know when will she wake up. Few soldiers will gaurd the room but I want you to be present there near her.

Yuna: *smiles* Don't worry, I will stay by her side.

Seungcheol: Thank you, ma.

(Deajeon's prison)

Mingyu looked at a girl coming towards him with a bowl of rice.

Mingyu: Please, let me out! I didn't do anything.

Hara startled by his sudden loud, frustrated voice.

Hara: I-I just came here to give you food.

She slowly placed the bowl infront of the gate.

Mingyu: Please, let me go! I didn't kill the King. It was clara.

-Hara stared at mingyu in shock and disbelief.

Mingyu: Y/n loves King seungcheol. This war is useless. Jeonghan and clara, both are fooling everyone.

Hara: S-shut up. How can you talk like this about prince jeonghan?!

Hara shook her head in disagreement and turned around to leave him alone. But her feet stopped as soon as she heard something unexpected.

Mingyu: jeonghan is a bastard. He killed our prince Bumzu!!

-Hara turned towards mingyu, her teary eyes looked at him in shock.

Hara: H-he killed my Bumzu?

Mingyu: Your bumzu?
