"You almost missed the train!" Blake said as I slid open the compartment door and sat down next to him.

"Yeah well Gabriela likes to take her time running through the barrier!" I glared playfully at Gabriela as she sat down across from us.

"I'm always afraid the magics gonna like stop working, and I'm gonna smash my face into a brick wall!" She said laughing, but I could tell she was half serious.

We looked up as the door slid open again and Kyle walked in smiling. He sat down next to Gabriela who looked at him expectantly.

"So what took you so long?"

He shrugged, "Oh I just ran into a few problems trying to find you guys."

I narrowed my eyes. "What kind of problems?"

"Just Potter and Black a few compartments down," he said nonchalantly.

"Who?" I said.

"James Potter and Sirius Black, you know who they are...Well who doesn't for that matter?"

I nodded silently. I knew who they were...everyone at Hogwarts did.

"What happened?" Gabriela said.

"Not much...They just think their ruddy brilliant...The best damn things at Hogwarts." He said, his tone darkening. He shook his head lightly and then rolled his eyes.

"What did they say?" Asked Gabriela.

"Nothing, it's not important. Just forget about it." He said quickly pulling out a bag of coins. "Has the trolley come around yet?"

We shook our heads. "I'm gonna go look for it, I'm starving."

"Me too, I'll come with you." I said standing up and grabbing some coins from my bag.

He opened the compartment door and we both slid through looking down both directions.

We finally found the trolley and bought tons of licorice wands, pumpkin pasties, chocolate frogs and cauldron cakes which were all my favorites.

Blake and Gabriela grabbed some as soon as we laid them down on the table.

"We never said we were sharing!" Kyle said

"Sharing is caring." Gabriela said simply taking a bite out of a cauldron cake.

"Plus you wouldn't want us to die of starvation because you love us so dearly," Blake said jokingly.

We rolled our eyes and finished eating the treats as we talked about our summers.

"So you broke up with her?.... Just like that?" Gabriela said as we all stared at Blake waiting for the answer.

"I just don't like her anymore," he said.

"Like her? I thought you LOVED her? Or at least that's what you told her...and us," I said emphasizing the word 'love' and keeping my stare on his face.

"Well whatever terminology you want to use.... I just don't feel the same about her anymore," he said looking away from us and out the window.

"Poor Alice, she's probably heartbroken and crying her eyes out somewhere on the train!" Gabriela said.

Blake grimaced but kept his gaze out the window.

"Were you at least nice about it?" I asked quietly.

"Of course I was! What kind of guy do you think I am? It wouldn't have been fair to either of us if I had stayed with her knowing that I no longer felt the same way about her."
