1 THAT NEW (USED) CAR SMELL.

9:53am Sunday, 18 Hoffnung St, Little Berlin, Sentai, Enderin

"Grey, you up bud?" A voice calls from the void, darkness turns to light as the young wolf opens his eyes, the sun shining brightly through his bedroom window.

"Grey, get up we've got to go," A different voice shouts, this one a bit more ticked off. Grey yawns, stretching in bed and sitting up in bed to stretch again.

"I'm coming, I'll be there in a sec," He replies to the voices, walking over to his cupboard and looking at himself in the mirror, his purple eyes staring back as he runs his paws through his fur, feeling them get caught every now and again in tangled and matted bits of fur, "fuck my fur is a mess," he notes, opening the cupboard he gets out a brush to brush his fur, pulling his tail from around his back to give it a bit of a brush too. He uses his paw to brush down the fur on his snout, although it's not exactly long enough to be too much of a bother.

"Grey, hurry up," The second voice barks again.

"I'm coming, I'm coming," Grey backs back as he starts to get changed, slipping his tail through the tail loop of his pants as he puts it on and throws on one of his many graphic tees, and a jacket for the cold. Rushing out of the room he slides down the banister to the bottom of the stairs.

"Did you shower?" An older wolf asks.

"No? It's winter?" Grey responds before going to sniff his armpit to see if he smells too bad.

"Urgh," The older wolf groans as he goes to head out the front door.

"Leave it Fox, we gotta get going anyways," An even older wolf orders.

"Yes Dad," Fox replies while leaving the house.

"Come on Grey," their dad says as he holds the door open for Grey, who is busy getting his shoes on and getting out of the door and hopping into the back seat of his dad's 2019 Volkswagen Golf GTE, buckling up as his dad open up the driver's door when one of their neighbours pops out to say hi.

"Guten morgen Halo," The neighbor calls out.

"Guten Morgen Ulaf," Halo calls back, "Wie geht es dir, wie geht es Ihrer Tochter?"

"Ihr geht es gut," Ulaf responds, "Sie fängt morgen mit dem College an, um Krankenschwester zu Warden. Wie wäre es mit deinen Kindern?"

"Sie sing gut, Grey hat kürzlich seinen Führerschein gemacht und wir Warden sein erstes Auto bekommen," Halo explains.

"Ach viel Glück," Ulaf calls out a final time before heading back in.

"Danke schön," Halo calls back as he gets into the car's driver's seat.

"What's going on?" Grey asks from the back seat.

"Ulaf's daughter Maria is going to collage to be a nurse, anyways, do you have the place we're supposed to meet this guy?" Halo explains before asking Grey, who pulls out his phone to make sure he's got the place right.

"Yeah its uhh, 41 Alexander rd, in Ramkarngaza," Grey reads out the message he got.

"Cool, Fox you know where you going?" Halo asks Fox.

"Just Highline, you know where that is," Fox replies, not even looking up from his phone.

"That's kinda on the way, that works, seatbelts boys?" Halo looks around to check both boys have their seatbelts on before taking off, the hybrid silently pulling away before the petrol kicks in at higher speeds.

"Isn't Ramkarngaza like, where all the tuner shops are?" Fox asks glancing up from his phone for a bit.

"How do you know that?!" Grey snaps back.
