Chapter 2 ; protectiveness

Leah ran quickly out of the surrounding forest , her clothes messily thrown over herself. Her eyes wide, chest heavy , hair messed due to having to quickly pull a shirt over her head . Her eyes locked with yours, panic raced around her orbs.

Before I could even ask anything or even open my mouth , the trees in the forest before shook . Sam emerged , his face sour and angry.

" You.. don't fucking.. don't.." Sam pointed into the direction of the trees , his finger pointed directly at confused yet angry Jacob Black whose hands were balled furiously into fists.

" Don't what ?" Jacob was now practically shouting, his eyes darting between Sam and I.

" Don't. I'll talk to you about this later. [ your name] go inside. " Sams voice seemed hinted with frustration and a hint of protectiveness. I stood , confused and slightly worried.

" [ name] you don't have to listen to him. Stay." Leah's hand grasped mine causing me to stumble slightly from the pure shock .

"Leah dont."

"Like you know any better. If you were Jake right now , you wouldn't even care about anyone or anyone's feelings.. i mean you didn't at all. So just let him."

"Leah you don't understand."

"I think I understand. Don't tell me what i do and don't understand Sam. Jakes trying and you're just being-"

"Hey! Stop making it about you two. " Seth ran over , " Leah this isn't even about you . It's about..jake and-"

Leah rolled her eyes before letting my wrist go , i stood there for a couple of minutes before listening to my now annoyed brother.

"Stay away. " Sam glared over at Jacob before following me inside.

"what was all that about ?" Emily sighed before wrapping her arms around Sam, her eyes glinted with fear and love.

"I'll tell you when i fully understand it myself." He sighed before looking down at his mate, his eyes softening at the sight of her.  "[name ] upstairs. Now."

I rolled my eyes before following his orders , too tired to answer back and too confused to even question it. My eyes focused on the window facing outside slightly, locking with Jacob Blacks. He waved before looking around, i smiled before waving back. He turned around before leaving into the surrounding forest.
