It was another day in yokai academy, and currently y/n was in class, but the young half dragon had his mind elsewhere .
Y/n: *arm on desk while having hand on his face, annoyed* 'One hell of talking.'
*Flashback*
After the events with kurumu, y/n used a special letter that only monster hunters can use called howlers, special letters that uses the person's voice that wrote in it. After the events with yukari, a month passed by, and y/n got a scroll along with a howler letter. He then went out from the dorms for a bit, taking the scroll with him and to listen to the letter without anyone hearing it.
Y/n: *nervous* Oh boy. *opens the letter*
Howler *using mom's voice, angry*: Y/N M/N L/N!!!! HOW IN THE MANY RINGS OF HELL DID YOU FALL UNDER A MEASLY LOVE CHARM!!!!

Y/n: *trembling in fear of mom's wrathful voice*
Howler: *angry* I KNOW FOR A FACT YOUR FATHER AND I TOLD YOU TO TRAIN TO RESIST WEAK CHARMS, BUT I IMAGINE YOU IGNORED THAT!!! *calms down a bit, but huffs in annoyance* This scroll will help you learn to be resistant to charms of any kind, and will burst into flames after use.
Y/n: *small smile* Thanks-
Howler: *growing anger* But if you ever fall for another weak trick from any monsters, I'LL PUT YOU THROUGH TRAINING THAT MADE YOUR FATHER CRIED LIKE A BITCH!!!! ALSO WE MISS YOU MY BABY BOY AND GET A GIRLFRIEND!!!! *letter falls to the ground after finishing*
Y/n: *wipes off sweat* At least it could've been worse than that.
As soon as y/n said those dangerous words, the howler letter started to crackle with sparks and started to glow a dangerous red color.
Y/n: *wide eyes seeing sparking howler* Oh shi-
BOOOOMMM!!!!!!
*Flashback end*
*1st pov*
Y/n: 'I know dad is the king of dragons, and that makes mom queen of dragons even though she's human, but I wonder if she is secretly a dragon too. *ruffles hair a bit with soot coming off* I still have some soot from that letter, *sighs a bit* at least that scroll helped a lot. Definitely need to make sure to send a thank you letter to mom and dad for that.'
Miss Nekonome: Y/n, are you with us?
Y/n: *gets out of thought* Oh sorry miss nekonome, I had something on my mind.
Miss nekonome: *waves hand dismissively* Oh it's no problem y/n. You're my favorite student after all. *unconsciously summons tail and sways in a loving gesture*
