Through discreet inquiries and a bit of snooping around, Emily discovered that there was very little information available about Sebastian Blackwood. He seemed to have appeared out of thin air, with no trace of a past or any connections to the town's residents. It was as if he had deliberately erased all traces of his life before Ravenswood.

As Emily delved deeper into her investigation, she stumbled upon a few unsettling rumors surrounding Sebastian. Sebastian turned to face her, his eyes cold and distant. "What do you want to know?" he replied, his voice low and measured.

"I want to know what your intentions are with Lila," Emily said firmly. "She's my best friend, and I won't stand by if you're causing her any harm."

A faint smirk played on Sebastian's lips, as if he found amusement in Emily's concern. "You don't understand," he said cryptically. "I can't help but be drawn to her. There's something about Lila that calls to me, something I can't explain."

"That's not an answer," Emily retorted. "What do you want from her? Why are you so obsessed with her?"

Sebastian's eyes darkened, and for a moment, Emily caught a glimpse of something unsettling behind his icy façade. "I want her to be mine," he said, his voice tinged with possessiveness. "I want to protect her, to keep her safe from the world."

Emily's heart pounded in her chest as she realized the depth of Sebastian's obsession. She knew she had to do everything in her power to keep Lila away from him, but she also understood that unravelling the secrets of Ravenswood and the enigmatic stranger would be a treacherous path.
