I woke up sore from the uncomfortable bed. I barely got any sleep worrying about my mom, everything at home, the flight and how it would go, everybody I'm going to be living with. It's all so much my anxiety is going crazy.

I picked up my phone to see messages from Sam, Colby and a new group chat but first I wanted to text my mom.

Me: hey mom I'm ok I'll be staying in California with Sam and Colby for a while

MOM❤️: oh wow okay that's far away are you sure you will be okay all the way over there

Me: I'm sure I'll have Sam, Colby, and hopefully become friends with my other roommates

I clicked out of our messages I know I just left but I missed my mom. She is my everything. Its going to be weird not having her around.

I lied kind of. I was excited to meet new people but I don't know if my social anxiety could handle it. I was nervous enough moving all the was to LA but meeting new people made it worse.

I couldn't help but laugh I knew he would probably beat me but I wasn't about to not try. I couldn't let him know he would probably win either it's more fun that way.

I looked at the clock on my phone because my flight left at 3:30 it was already 11: 23. I went outside to my car because I remembered I always keep some clothes in my car when I decided I didn't want to go home. I went out there and pulled out the only clean clothes I had

This was good I forgot I had this in here. There was some makeup in the car so I put on what I had.

I checked out of the motel and got in my car but this time it was already 1:00. I had time so I sat in my car and started rolling my blunt. It wasn't a good habit but it calmed my anxiety. I drove a little away from where a lot of people would be before I decided to roll my windows up and finally started smoking coughing a little as the car filled with smoke.

It started getting later so I headed to the airport with only the clothes I had on. A charger and my vape, waited some more before bordering my flight still feeling the effects of the weed in my system but the feeling was fading. I remembered that I was added to a group chat so I reached for my phone to see what it was.

It had been so long since I've seen them in person we hadn't even talked in a while with everything going on I laid my head back and put my headphones listening to Deftones, Narvana and other things on my playlist and eventually drifted off to sleep.

I woke up as the flight landed and texted Sam I had just landed.
