Swasan - After 16 years

Part 4

At Maheshwari mansion

Sujata was sitting on the dinning table reading something wondering the right the time to blast off the topic. Last night before going to bed she had gone to Vivaan's room to talk to Rohan, Gayatri and Kavitha.While coming back she had heard Ragini's talk about the phone conversation with Swaradhya and Sanskaar.

Last night - Flashback

Ragini was talking to herself and saying Swaradhya would never forgive me. All the kids except Nivedita would be away from me.

Laksh doesn't know what to say. He keeps on working and doesn't console her.

Laksh is also missing his Bhai, Swaradhya and wants to meet his nephew and nieces but can't because of the past.

Ragini continues saying that Rohan know everything and most probably hates her and when Gayatri and Kavitha comes to know about the past they will also hate me. She continues to cry.

Laksh asks her to sleep it's too late now. We will talk tomorrow.

Flashback ends

Sujata's blood had boiled.She had clearly told Laksh not to talk about this matter. Laksh never listened to anybody. His impulsiveness and inability to handle sensitive matters had landed him where he was. She looked at Ragini. When Ragini had first got engaged to Laksh Sujata had liked her.She too always wanted a bahu like Ragini; Sweet, polite and ofcourse Marwari but after the incidents she had thought that though her bahu was Bengali she did not attempt to kill anybody, she never disrespected elders. Infact Swara considered her like her own mother.

She had decided that she would always be the wall between Swaradhya and anything that tries to harm her. She had decided that Ragini would never be the reason of Swaradhya's unhappiness anymore. When the family had found out that Swaradhya was pregnant everybody had insisted that Swaradhya and Sanskaar move back here so that everybody could take care of Swaradhya but she had put her foot down and told everybody that Shona and Sanskaar would not come here but she would go there and would ensure that her daughter-in-law's pregnancy goes smooth.

Durgaprasad has come down with Annapoorna and Ram Prasad. Sujata thought that this was a perfect opportunity to confront Laksh and Ragini about their conversation with Swaradhya and Sanskaar.

Sujata says so how does it feel Ragini and Laksh to always do what you want?

Annapoorna says what do you mean Sujata?

Sujata says Jiji why don't ask your pampered son and his wife. Didn't we tell them not to speak to Swaradhya about coming to India or sending the kids to India? But they didn't listen.

Ragini says yes Chachi Ji we talked to Swaradhya but she was the one who asked Adarsh bhaiya to call us.

Sujata says then what she would have done. Your husband would have talked to Swaradhya anyways and you would constantly nag everyone about it.

Nivedita felt angry with how Sujata was talking to her parents. Vivaan had a neutral expression on his face.

Sujata continues Bhaisa 17 years ago we had sent Swaradhya and Sanskaar away because it was not possible to stay with Laksh and Ragini. But they are not leaving them alone there also.

Annapoorna says Laksh why don't you understand one thing. You are not 20 years old. Everyone said that no one would talk with Swaradhya about this. Then in which language should we make you understand Laksh, Ragini.

Nivedita asks what had happened 17 years ago that you are so mad at mumma?

Vivaan says not to talk in between elders matters. They will tells when we are ready. Right ma?

Parineeta says yes Vivaan. Nivedita don't think too much about it. We will handle it.

Sujata says to Ragini that she was there with Swaradhya. You destroyed her life and her mother's and her Dida's. Your family just snatched her happiness, that's it. But I won't let you do this with my Rohan, Gayatri and Kavitha. I won't even let your dadi's shadow fall upon them. Mind it.

Ragini falls on sofa and begins to cry and Nivedita goes to her mother and console.

After this they left for Swaradhya's Nana ji's barsi. Sharmistha and Dida doesn't let Gadodias and Ragini sit in the Pooja and Nivedita doesn't sit because her mother isn't allowed to.

At US

The kids have gone to sleep as it's night time.
Sanskaar says it's official that in Maheshwari mansion a Sujata storm has happened.

Swaradhya says I will talk with mom tomorrow. And please do not call it a storm. She just worries.

Sanskaar says ok Her highness (saying so he gives a peck to Swaradhya on her cheek).

Swaradhya says you don't say anything. Before our marriage you wouldn't get tired from calling me Princess Princess, now you have two daughters so they are Princesses and I am nothing.

Sanskaar says (Holding her from her waist) Shona before our marriage you were my princess but after marriage you are my Queen. You got promoted to your highness. But it's how mean that you getting jealous from your daughter's.

Swaradhya says (Playfully hitting him) Sanskaar go I won't talk to you. You are very bad. I will complain to papa about you and ask mom to come here at least for a few months.

Sanskaar says Ha ha you are the daughter of my parents and I am some sort of stranger to them.

Swara-I just hope everything would be calm there. You know na about mom's anger.

Sanskaar says Do not worry, papa will handle everything.
