Chapter 8

Notti

I was leaning in to kiss Kassidy but..she backed up. I was mad embarrassed.

"Im not ready yet..."

I didn't even say anything.everyone just looked at me.the silence in the room was broke when we heard knocking at the door.

Kassidy rushed up to get it and when she opened the door the pizza man stood there.

"How much?"

"$11.28"

"Alright" she said pulling money out of her pocket and counting it,

"Here you go,thank you"

"Have a good night"

She closed the door and walked to the living room setting it down on the floor.

As we were eating,Kassidy said something

"Notti,i need to talk to you"

Notti,who the fuck she callin notti? Whateva

"Ight"

"Follow me" she said walking upstairs

"They finna make out" dd said trying to be quiet, i didn't say anything cause i wanted it to happen.

We walked in to her room and she closed the door.

"Ight so what you wanna tell me ma?"

"I just wanted to say im sorry for what i did downstairs,im just not ready for that"

"You good ma"

"ok my bad"

"Wait,before we go downstairs,can i get a lil kiss?"

"Ethan shut the fuck up"

"Damn ok then"i said mumbling,

As we walked downstairs dd spotted me,

"Y'all made out that quick? Dam you must got nun ma heart"

I didn't bother to respond even though i wanted too, as we sat back down we decided to play monopoly.

I was the duck,Kassidy was the penguin,dd was the car,ariane was the cat,and ddot was the boat.

After 30 minutes of laughing and playing we got tired and decided to go to sleep,it was 12 so it was Mad late for the girls,it was early tho

We already knew where we wanted to sleep, dd with ariane,me with Kassidy,and of course ddots fat ass wanted to sleep in the couch next to the kitchen.

We left and went to bed, i was happy sleepin next to Kassidy,her bed was mad comfortable so i went to sleep easily.

In the morning i woke to see Kassidy's arm laying on my stomach while her head was on my shoulder.

I didn't move so that i didn't wake her up but she was already waking up so i only waited there for a few minutes.

When we went downstairs we saw ddots fat ass eating everything like it was his house. Ariane and dd came downstairs and made breakfast.

Me,ddot,and ariane went to the court while dd and Kassidy stayed in the house, i dont know why
We left them there by they selfs cause they gon burn that shi down for sure.

when we got to the court we put everything down and started, while ddot and ariane was fighting i was thinking of Kassidy. Damn that girl was stuck in my head, but i ain't mad about it,more like happy.

We played for 2 hours and headed to kas house knowing they were going to burn that shi down if we didn't get there in 3 hours or more.

Ariane opened the door and there we saw dd and kas having a nerf gun battle looking like 90's gangtas with there hats at the side of there head with a chain and some black sunglasses.

They just looked at us weird like they weren't dressed like it was Halloween.

Kas ran upstairs and changed while dd just hid from us, well tried to hide. We walked in and went to the living room to watch tv

After 10 or so minutes they both came into the living room and sat down acting like nothing happened.

We were watching a horror movie and kas was sitting next to me so she kept grabbing on to my shirt and tugging it.i was happy asf.

When the horror movie was over kas was laying on me asleep.her hair smelt so good,she smelt so good,she was perfect.

I carried her to her room and a placed her on her bed looking at her pretty face. Just as I was about to go downstairs I kissed her cheek and walked out.

DD saw the smile on my face and knew something was up with me, somehow he could read it.

"What happened?" He said,

"Nothin why?"

"You smilin"

"Im good tho"

"Ight whatever"

I somehow made him believe nothing happened but im pretty sure he knew something was up. I tried to hide my face so we wouldn't ask anything.

Kassidy woke up and came downstairs and i was nervous cause it dd asked her if anything happened i would be caught, but she was sleeping so she wouldn't notice,i hope.

"Kassidy" when dd said that my heart started racing knowing she didn't want to kiss me yet.
She would lose her trust for me if she found out.

"Yes?"

"Did u and notti do sum when he took you to your bed?"

"Uhh not that i remember of? Why?"

"Cause he came down smilin and shi"

"Oh well nah"

"Ight"

Didn't get caught, im sneaky like that,and i knew it,ion know what i was nervous for though.

since we did everything we didn't know what too,i wanted to take kas on a date,dd wanted to take Ariane on a date,and ddot wanted to take the snacks on a date.

I decided to go on a walk with kas and so did dd,we went our separate ways,i wanted to go to im the subway with her to go somewhere.

"Wanna go in the subway?"

"Uhh, ight bet"

We walked in the subway and there was the smell and weed,snacks,and marijuana. I was used to it
So it didn't bother me.

As we were walking and we saw 4 guys with skis in talkin they looked at kas and she grabbed my hand and squeezed it coming closer to me.

The guys where walking to us as if they wanted something, right as i looked at them i saw,opp.. i looked at kas and she looked and me.

She knew i had opps and she knew they were looking for me and dd,we ran out the subway and they chased us, we climbed up some ladders and hid behind a wall while they came up the ladders.

They looked around and sucked there teeth, i could tell kas was scared by how tight she was squeezing my hand.

"They not here" the guys said as they climbed down the ladder.

I could hear kas trying to breath. Quietly to not attract them,i turned around and looked at kas as tears formed in her eyes.

I felt bad for her, i hugged her and she hugged me back, she looked at my lips and wiping blood off, i didn't even notice i was biting my lips so hard it started to bleed

She looked at me and i looked her her, before i knew it.. she kissed me.
