Sarah's POV
As Saras eyes slowly opened, she contemplated even getting up. As she arose from the haul of the ship, it took everything in her not to run to Janners limp side.

While she walked to the middle of the deck, she was surprised. From trying so hard not to have a breakdown, she didn't realize it was the middle of the night.

She looked to the left only to see the Igiby family curled up into one another. She felt bad, even guilty for not staying up here with them last night, but she feared if she saw them for to long she would break down into tears, and she didn't want to cause them anymore trouble.

She walked to Janner, a tear dripped from her crystal eyes, seeping into janners hair.
She swept janners hair back from his forehead as she heaved in quiet sobs. She was taken from him once, and now this time, he was taken from her.

He had been her prince charming, he had escaped the factory and bestowed some of his hope, his own light onto her. If it weren't for him, she would still be in the factory, as would borley. She prayed and wished and hoped with everything in her very being that this supposed first well would do the wonders that the winged ma- Artham, proclaimed it would do.

She heard the sound of tiny, light feet on the deck of the boat before a tiny hand rested on her shoulder gently. She only knew two people who had the caring, motherly, touch as of the one she was feeling now. And she knew Nia was not awake.

She smiled, looking at the exact person she knew it was. "Thank you, Leeli." The younger of the two tilted her head, like a confused puppy. Sara shook her head, thankfull for the comforting, almost motherly presence of her friend.

"I heard you crying, don't worry I could only hear it as I was already awake." The taller gave a look of gratitude knowing if she spoke again she might breakdown even more. Leeli, however, seemed to understand this as she sat down next to Sara and Janner as she held the olders hand, leaning into the taller ones shoulder.

Thanks to Leeli, Sara was finally able to doze off into a peaceful slumber until the darkness of the night broke to reveal the gorgeous sun. Sara woke up before everyone else, but she didn't dare move as she didn't want to wake up the princess that was cuddled up into her.

Leeli was filled with the same hope and brightness as Janner was. A tear sprung to the corner of her eye as she was reminded of her prince. Leeli reminded her of the sun, bright yet brave, happy yet graceful. She reminded her of Nia. Sara closed her eyes, reminiscing of the first day she met who she believed to be her prince, to be the love of her life, her hero, Janner igiby Wingfeather.

Hey yall! I was going to draw the chapter image today, but, unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to. I didn't want yall to have to wait even a day longer for the next chapter as I understand how frustrating it can be waiting for a new chapter. That being said, have a lovely day folks! ♥
