Come here he said. I closed my eyes and took a deep breath as soon as I got close enough he pulled my wrist towards him fast. What happen to your face he said touching it. Ouch I said. I saw the anger in his eyes what happen to your face he said. I didn't respond. Jamiyah he yelled as more anger ran to his eyes and his face turned red.

Jermaine POV...
I new miyah couldn't tell our daddy what really happen so I jumped in. Umm she ran into a pole I said sounding dumb. She ran into a pole my daddy asked. Yes me and miyah said in union. Well miyah go upstairs and I'll bring u a hot towel. Yes sir she said. We both went upstairs. Before she entered her room I pulled her out. Look miyah whatever u do don't tell what really happened I said. OK she said.

Jamiyah POV...
I went in my room and sat at my mirror desk I took off my Beanie and moved my hair behind my ear so that I can see my bruise it was purple and red. Then my daddy walked in the room with a hot towel inside a white wide jar thingy. Here u go baby girl put this on your face he said handing it to me. Thank u daddy I said. You welcome baby girl he said kissing my for head and walking out my room. Then Jermaine walked in and pulled up a chair beside me. He grabbed the towel and dapped it on my face softly. Ouch I said. Well it have to hurt if u want this thing to heal up off you face he said. We laughed. We started talking for a while until my mom walked in the room. Yikes I'm going to go do something Jermaine said getting up and walking out the room. My mommy came in and sat in the chair. Your dad told me what happen and u no and I no that's not the truth so y don't u tell me what really happen my mommy said. Don't say anything Jermaine words kept replaying in my head. I ran into a pole foreal mommy I said in my soft sweet voice. OK she said. Well I'm going to let u get some sleep u look like u need a nap she said getting up. Wait mommy can u tie my hair up I asked. Yea she said getting the green scrunchy off my desk and putting all my hair up in a ponytale. Thank u I said. Your welcome baby girl see u later she said kissing my for head and walking out the door. I smiled and took off my shoes. I later down in my bed and turned on the fan from the remote. Soon sleep took over me.

Jermaine POV...
After I left out miyah room I went downtairs and made me a ice cream Sunday after I finished eating it I went to go check on miyah. I peaked in her room and saw she was sleeping so I kissed her for head and decided that I should take a nap too I'm kinda sleepy. I yawned and went to my room taking off my shoes. I later in my ed and turned on the fan from the remote I soon feel asleep.

2hrs later

Jamiyah POV...
I woke up and looked in my mirror to see my bruise still there but it looked like it was healing. I left out my room to see Jermaine leaving out his room rubbing his eyes. Hey I said. Hey he said. Did u just wake up I asked. Yea wbu he asked. Yea me too I said smiling. We went downstairs to see mommy and daddy on the couch sleeping. Jermaine got a blanket and placed it over them. Im hungry I told Jermaine. Ummm do u want pizza bites he asked. Yes I said. He went in the kitchen and took the pizza bites out the freezer standing on his tippy toes. Then he put them in the microwave and pressed the number 4 then he pressed start. What do u want to drink he asked. Ummmm sprite I said. He got my cup and poored some sprite in it. He handed me my cup. Thank u I said. The microwave beeped and he took out the pizza bites he poorer them on a paper plate and sat it at the table for me. I climber on my seat and blower them. He blowed then too and when we saw the steam going away we started eating them. After we finished eating my mommy and daddy woke up.

Jermaine POV...
there was a knock on the door and my daddy went to go answer it I saw kaleb and I ran to him hey wassup I said doing our secret hand shake. Nothing he said smiling. So what are u doing here I asked. Didn't u no all of us coming over here to surprise u we all spending the night again he said. cool I said. And dude did u hear the news he asked what news I said. Come with me he said. I followed him to the bottom of the stairs. OK so what's the news I asked. Your dad is going to new York for a month because of his job. What I said slowly fading away my smile. Yea he said. Thats not good news kaleb a month that's along time and this is the first time he will be gone how can he tell everyone but me and miyah I asked. Idk but u should ask him I'm going to ask my mom can she take me and katlyn to the store real quick so u can ask him. OK thanks I said. No problem he said. I heard the door shut so I new that they we're gone. Igeabbed miyah hand and went into the living room we're my mommy and daddy was. So when we're u going to tell us dad I asked nearly crying. What are u talking about he asked. You are going to new York for a month and u choose to tell everybody but us I said. A tear fell from my eyes and I quickly whipped it. I guess I no we're that leaves us I said before running to my room.
