Angela P.O.V

 

I ran the cool water into the tub.

I always did this before I got a assignment at HQ. It reminds me why I still do this. It reminds me why I became a monster huntress.

When I was 13 and my little sister Hope was 10 she and I were playing dolls while our bath water ran. Suddenly we heard a scream from downstairs. We both ran to the cat walk.

We peeked down to see a boy, he looked a little bit older than me, pinning my mom to the wall by the neck. 

' Were. Are. Your. Daughters.!" he said through his teeth.

"I will never tell you!!" she exclaimed she saw both of us at the top of the stairs and mouthed 4 words.

'I love you. RUN!!'

I grabbed Hopes wrist and pulled her into the bathroom. As we heard a scream and we heard the sound of a skull crushing. Hope looked scared.

"what are we gonna do?!" she scream whispered to me. I decided there and then to save my sister the only way I knew how.

I heard heavy foot steps coming up the stairs.

She looked at me wide eyed. 'Its the only way he wont hurt you.' I said crying.

She hugged me then ran into the next room before I could stop her.

She came back and said he's in my parents room down the hall.

She handed me a small box with a bow. And I put it in my pocket

She hugged me.

"Happy birthday, sissy

you take care of your self or I'll haunt you in your dreams." She said in attempt to make me smile.

I did.

After I helped her in I kissed her hugged her and said I'm sorry and I loved her.

 

 

 

 

 

Then I pushed her underwater.

After a minute her little heart stopped beating just before I saw her mouth 'I love you'.

 

Not a second after a boy opened the door. And he grabbed my wrist then looked at my sister. All the color gone from her rosy cheeks.

" well ones ok." he said shrugging

" no dont touch me you murderer!!" I screamed

"hah I'm not the one who murdered her own sister!!" he said chuckling

I couldn't say anything I just felt hot tears run down my face.

then he frowned " humf he said you should be ripe today. Well master won't be pleased. We will just have to mark you then." he said.

I finally got a good look at him. 

He was beautiful he had black hair pulled into a quif and cheisled features.

But what really stood out was his haunting brown they? were mesmerizing. I would never forget those eyes.

He leans down gently kissed my lips.  

"to bad your not mine" he said then bit into my neck softly sucking blood from the wound and injecting venom.

Vampire. I thought before blacking out.

When I finally woke up I was in MHHQ

They told me they saved me after I woke up that he turned me into a half vampire.

I now hated this boy he killed my parents caused me too kill my sister and made me into his species.

I went to the lady's room and looked in the mirror. My brown hair that was short went down to the small of my back. 

My original blue eyes were replaced with blueish green eyes. I was about to leave when I felt something in my pocket.

I pulled out the box and opened it. It was a charm bracelet. It had an apron for mom, a doll for Hope a coffee mug for dad and an angel for me.

I started crying. 

'No I won't cry. I will avenge my family.' 

Then I thought 'the people told me I changed my appearance it's like my talent.'

I closed my eyes and focused when I opened my eyes and I now had black long hair with red streaks. Percing green and blue almond eyes. With pink full lips.

I smiled at my new reflection and left.

The first thing I said were the 7 words that changed my life. "I want to be a monster huntress."

They all reluctantly agreed.
