Riya's POV:

Hello, little world.I am Riya Sharma, no let me introduce myself properly, I am Riya Gurunath Sharma, the younger daughter of Poornima and Gurunath Sharma. Well, I am also the younger sister of Rohit Sharma, an athlete & Vishal Sharma, who's alive on this planet only to annoy me. I am the only girl child from both sides of my parents and hence pampered to no ends. And currently, I am sad & upset because I am leaving for my higher studies to England, my dream country to study.

Being the most pampered and protected child, it wasn't easy to convince my parents, but my Rohit Bhaiya (brother) helped me convince them. The good thing is that I'm not flying alone but with my three best friends who were with me right from my childhood.

I'm going to miss my family so much & yeah my family includes my brother's extended family, who are so adorable and funny.

I was brought out of my thoughts by a knock on the door, which burst open after a second & there was my best friend, Shreyas Iyer, standing with a grumpy face.

Shreyas: So, here take this list & send me all of them once you settle there.

I rolled my eyes at him as he was acting distant and snapping at me every now and then because he was feeling that I'll be leaving him all alone and going away with his competitors.

" I am not going to send you a piece of candy also you moron. Get out of my room now," he cut me with a glare and"You better shut your mouth and do as I say",

I sighed & sat on my bed & looked at him with a sad face. He just looked away.

Riya: Shrey, please aaj ke din, don't fight. I won't be able to control my emotions. I am so close to losing control & you have been ignoring me from the day I said that I'm going to my higher studies.

He sat beside me & I immediately kept my head on his lap & he started caressing my hair and said,

I am not ignoring you, Pari. I am being silly and insecure because I know things won't be the same. I will miss being bossed around by you. I know we will sail through this but I am scared how things will go because matches are coming up & I will miss my biggest motivation. I hugged him through his waist and whispered,

"We will sail through this Yas & promise me that, you'll not replace me with your new friends."He was glaring and whacked me hard,

"Stop thinking nonsense in your non-existent brain,"

"you too, dont think shit."

He became silent again & I understood he was insecure too, just like me & I can't blame him because he has a problem talking to girls & I am proud that I have been the only girl apart from Shreshta, his sister, who he is close to.
