This is a requested zanpakuto from someone who has requested a weapon once before, they seemed to really like my takes on Zanpakuto's and has requested another one, in a similar fashion of a merged element so my dood @SkyKing01 I did my best to make the weapon you've requested with the information you've presented, though I changed a little bit of the requested information, I hope you don't mind, I was unfortunately unable to comply with the zanpakuto spirit appearance mostly because I have absolutely no idea on how to shape it with different traits, and the Bankai appearance, I could only use one please forgive me 🥺 but I did use one of the traits as the spirit appearance.

Name: Dengeki Fubuki

Translation: Electrical Snow Storm.

Weapon Classification: Odachi.

Type: Elemental.

Subtype: Ice-Lightning.

Base Appearance: The Form of the Weapon is a unique form of an Odachi blade as the grip is a gray colored handle with no form of cloth grip, a flat head pummel at the end of the handle, it's hilt is a square shape though it's about twice as thick as a normal hilt should've been while the blade is a normal looking odachi blade except that it's much wider then any odachi sword with an etched kanji on the base of the sword that states 'Destroy All Hollows'.

Shikai Command: Descend.

Shikai Activation Design: Once the user has spoken the activation command, a burst of freezing cold air surrounds the user in a sphere of ice wind which minutes later a large bolt of lightning strikes the sphere causing it to disperse showcasing the user now wielding a new body in their hand, and there sleeve is now missing showcasing an odd formation of a tattoo reminiscent of a blizzard storm.

Shikai Appearance: Dengekis Shikai form is rather comical if one were to look at it for an extended period of time, it's hilt is a brown leather grip of a massive great sword but the length of the grip is three times as large as any useable or applicable grip could be for wielding a heavy weapon, the blade is also a comically shaped piece of metal, it's shaped as an old time cartoon depiction of a sword, a Diamond Shaped Blade, connected to the blade, the user has a tattoo spanning up the right arm with its pattern akin to a deadly blizzard.

Spirit Appearance: The Spirit takes on a rare animalistic form akin to most Zanpakuto's being humanoid or a anamorphic creature, Dengaki is a large wolf like creature with aspects of a Draconic Wyvern such as scales instead of fur, the creature is also lean indicating extreme agility with capabilities to climb based on the claws, it's scales is cyan color with lightning bolt designs.

Spirit Personality: Dengaki isn't capable of speech due to being a mixture of a wolf and a Draconic creature but it's incredibly intelligent, capable of indicating it's thoughts and emotions through sounds such as whimpering, panting, yipping to even physical gestures based on its current body, it's personality is a predator and a territorial protector, it won't fight out of its violation but it will protect its home and kinsmen, it sees the user as a member of its pact and will protect him with its full capabilities of ice and lightning

Shikai Abilities: The User gains the ability of a mixed element known as Cryo-Electricity Manipulation which is a mixture of the elements of Ice and Lightning mixed into one.

The user is granted a limited form of Cryo-Electricity abilities which is all connected to the comical weapon, the user can create Ice and Lightning at will through the weapon separate or mix them together to add double the damage, double the pain.

The can utilize the ice to main Ice Constructs of weapons or conditions while also providing a unique conduit to push Lightning through.

The user can create Autonomous Ice Golems that operate independently from the user though the user can issue commands telepathically, the user can also generate lightning through these golems even if they are not connected to the user, like a different point of origin.

The User can coat the blade of the weapon in pure Lightning energy increasing the sharpness of the blade that can cut through almost anything with ease.

Bankai Name: Finburuu~intā no kyōfu.

Bankai Translation: Terror of Fimblewinter.

Bankai Release Command:(Optional) For when the God of Light dies, shall signal the winter that ends all winters, a sign that Ragnarok will come.

Bankai Activation Design: The clouds begin to gather quickly into what appears to be a storm, a snowstorm shall occur as a beam of cyan lightning bolts down, striking and enveloping the user, heavy winds and freezing snow shall descend and surround the user, harsh and freezing cold until the winds stop, aside from the winds showcased by the storm, showing the user, decked out in cyan colored gauntlets and grieves.

Bankai Design: The Bankai is unique as it changes from the massive comical sword to a set of gauntlets and grieves, both pair of armor sets is cyan tinted with metallic designs of a tiger fur indicating aspects of a tiger including clawed fingers indicating another aspect of a Tiger, along with etched in designs of clouds, lightning bolts and harsh snowy winds into the metal of the gauntlets and boots.

Bankai Spirit Appearance: No Change.

Bankai Spirit Personality: No Change.

Bankai Abilities: The User's Ability in a Cryo-Electricity is drastically strengthened to a point that the user passively creates a strong snow storm overhead that increases in diameter slowly but surely, will envelop the entire world into an endless snowstorm with the capacity to destroy civilization.

It's been decreed by Central 46 that this Bankai cannot be used in any other time except personally ordered by Head Captain Yamamoto during War Time due to the potential that this expanding snow storm can Destroy the entirety of the Soul Society.

The users ability in Shikai is also increased in power and ability up to 10x their normal strength, the user can also utilize these abilities at any point within the range of the Storm with ease, so long as the storm expands, the users range will also increase.

While the storm is also active, the user has the ability to sense anyone within the storm as well as differentiate between allies and enemies, no matter how far the storm is, the user will immediately discern the location and distance of all within, showcasing the terror that is Fimblewinter.

On practical abilities, the user gains the ability to coat their body in a form of tangible Lightning armor that acts like a form of arm while also dealing spike damage to any melee attackers, this armor can also be used as a focusing point to dish out powerful lightning manipulation abilities ranging from shockwaves, lightning bolts, to lightning grenades to even massive lightning arcs that can span the entire battlefield with ease.

But beware as lightning, unlike ice, can hit allies is it would for enemies.
