Carol said she had something to show me the only thing I want is my family. I know Y/N and Judith were alive when they left the prison with Tyreese Lizzie and Mica we kept walking and found a little cabin one room dead walkers around the cabin laying on the blood covered grass. The door opened but it was someone I didn't recognize.

Rick and Carl ran over y/n Judith and Mica to get better access to your wounds Carl took Judith Rick pulled your shirt up to get to the wounds Hershel then hobbled over to help with you while others stood guard. Hershel tended to your wounds Mica and tyreesse were getting medical stuff Hershel needed Rick held your right hand and brushing hair out of your face.
