Misunderstood child (A tracy beaker returns story)

I didn't really know what to do with myself now Kitty was gone. Most of my time was spent sitting listening to music or sewing clothes.
No one really seemed to bother with me now Dennis was gone, of course no one ignored me or started anything but I was mostly just a passing conversation or a group hangout, nothing really personal.
Of course Rick and Tyler spoke to me most and Elektra but that's about it.

"What ya doin?" Elektra asked as she walked in our bedroom

"Sewing" I replied pinning some fabric together

"Sewing what?" She asked flopping on her bed

"Im trying to make a new pair of jeans from these scraps" I said holding up a bunch of patch pieces of denim

"Cool, Cool...uh Jayden?" She said her voice slowly trailing off

"Mhm?" I said turning to face her

"They're talking about you downstairs again" Elektra said opening her new magazine

"Who is it this time?" I scoffed

Me and Elektra had kind of bonded on the basis that everyone thought we were troublemakers and only good in certain situations, however we never really hung out, we just had each-others backs.

"Uhhh Carmen, Johnny, Lillie, Liam, Frank annndd Gus" She listed

"Anything good?" I asked with a smirk

"Didn't hear much, just your name a-few times. Id go check though" Elektra shrugged

I went downstairs and listened into the kitchen, exactly as she had said all 5 of them were discussing me.

"I still think shes mean" Carmen dismissed

"She got the dumping ground back didn't she?" Liam scoffed shaking his head

"Barley" Johnny remarked

"Yeah most of that was Tracy and Gus" Lillie added

"Jayden came up with the idea" Gus interrupted

"And she took all the punishments, without her Tracy would have been kicked out way before" Frank backed up

"Doesn't change the fact she beat Johnny up" Carmen remarked shaking her head

"She didn't beat me up! I just wasn't expecting it..." Johnny exclaimed in protest

"Yeah but he deserved it" Liam shrugged unfazed

"What? No he didn't!" Lillie exclaimed

"Either way you cant just go and punch someone!" Carmen scoffed in disgust

"We've all been through stuff, we don't even properly know why shes here, cant blame her for being hostile" Frank sighed trying to stop the argument

"Exactly, we've all been through stuff but we aren't awful people!" Lillie said irritated

"Yeah but she also came from Burnywood with Dennis down her throat for i dunno how long" Liam dismissed

Rick and Tyler walked in from playing football outside, walking in on the conversation.

"How long has Jayden been in Burnywood?" Gus asked them

"Since she got put in care so on and off for like 2 years?" Rick shrugged

"Do you know exactly why shes in care?" Gus continued

"No one knows the whole story with her brother and everything other than Kitty" Tyler replied confused

"Why, whats she done?" Rick asked putting the football by the door

"Nothing" Liam dismissed

"Exactly" I said walking in the kitchen, everyone looking over at me
