The evening of the dramatic bed thing,

"Oooh I've been waiting for this!" HueningKai exclaimed as he entered the stepbrothers' house for the first time.

"Waiting for what?" Taehyun deadpanned.

"Seeing your stepbrother lifestyle in action!"

"We're just gonna watch a movie then you'll get out." Taehyun won't allow his nonsense.

Since Beomgyu and Taehyun were forced to be in the same room to watch this film with their friend.. the awkwardness could easily suffocate the living room. Because of course those two haven't cast aside the little accident that happened earlier today.

It doesn't help that this movie is horrendous, it's a stereotypical bad movie and they're seriously wondering why Kai picked that one to watch.

Yunseo threw himself on Kai's lap and said. "Yo Penguin hyung, Yunn is not happy that you're here instead of your younger sister."

Huening gave him that baby voice in return. "Well you know the world doesn't revolve around little Yunnie so too bad for him ouh~ cry about it!"

Yunseo humphed. "Whatever. Carry Yunn to his room, he's tired."

Now Kai gave this kid that death glare. "You got no orders to give me."

"Tsk tsk." You could tell the child struggled to make that sound. "You're forgetting Yunn is overpowered."

"Pff how?"

"Because Yunn happens to be the baby of the household " He smiled. "All he has to do is cry and accuse you of wrongdoings then you will be in big trouble with his family."

"Alright let's go upstairs!!!" Scared as ever, Kai picked the little boy in his arms and they were soon upstairs.

Now it was just the stepbrothers and the parents downstairs.
And of course a second-hand embarrassment scene had to play on tv right now. Sometimes bad movies just have to do this... on screen there were gay men getting it on in a bedroom; the bad acting along with the cringe-inducing lines was pure agony to watch.

Beomgyu and Taehyun were sitting in silence, one couch cushion between them, too horrified to move; their eyes were rendered at the screen while their minds were all over the place.

Eunjung decided to steal a peep in the living room.

"Why are our sons watching a gay film?" She asked her husband as she walked back to him.

"Why not?"

"I just think that's a weird setting for them to be in. I don't think that's the most common film for brothers to watch together."

"Maybe it isn't, but don't forget they're not technically brothers.." Hangyeol smiled.

"Oh please don't be weird." She rolled her eyes.
