So basically a girl has had many lovers, but she is always the one who takes revenge. Is she always in the right? What is the extent of her situation? Can her supporters help her?
Will her supporters help her, or her partners? She dates fluidly and even has dated some celebrities. She films her crime, sometimes live, and posts them for the world to see. Now it's not like she's a faceless creator but she seems to have ties with a lot of important people. People worth more than the president. So she never gets in trouble. And it's not like they are going to get tired of her empty threats because she isn't afraid to use others to her advantage. One time she pulled out a gun on an officer trying to speed check her, he was unfazed, and then she just shot him and drove away.
Now I'm not trying to tell you the whole story but you can build off wherever you see is a proper stopping place. Heck you can remold the beginning or tell it in the perspective of one of her victims. Think of her like that flee driver guy, but she is more destruction of property and less destruction of body. Though she isn't afraid to get her hands a little dirty.
