Elena Pov:

I turned around and looked into those two sets of eyes, which have always soothed me, and now I even don't want to see my reflection in them. 

I took a long breath again to help me calm. There he was, with his signature fragrance on, standing before me and looking directly into my eyes as if he was trying to find something.

Him: Hey, how are you?

You silently stared at him for a few seconds, then turned to your locker and began organising your extra supplies when you heard him pause, take a deep breath, and start talking again.

Ele, I've missed you

I lost self-control at that moment, turning to give him a horrible scowl, and said in

You: You better believe I won't hesitate to snap your neck if you don't stop calling me that name and act like that around me.

Him: You've changed; you've never spoken to me in this way.

You gave him a melancholy chuckle, looked him in the eyes, and stated

Well, you've noticed that I've changed, so you better learn to get out of my way.

Just as he opened his mouth to speak, I heard her voice beckoning him.

Her: Alex, why are you here?

I just stared at her blankly as she turned to face me, her eyes filled with venom.

Her: Hey, even if I told you not to talk to him, you still dare to speak with him?

As you listened to her, your blood ran cold and all you wanted to do was kill her.

Alex: Please, Lina, stop it.

I couldn't stand him after hearing him because I detested his attempt to stop her; it brought back memories of that day that I can still vividly recall. The day everything crumbled both inside of me and between us.I started

You: First, get over it. I'm not here to listen to your crap. Secondly, control your boyfriend. He came to me, so it's better if you two screw off and never get in my way.

With those words out of my mouth, I hurried to my classroom in an attempt to calm down.

Alex Pov: It's been two years since I last saw her, and she's changed. The person who used to adore me has empty, hate-filled eyes that once held the universe. The grin that offered me hope has vanished, and the honey-sweet voice that brought me comfort is now frigid. Even though Linda did not provide me with hope, she did, and she used to be a brilliant light for me in the dark.I destroyed everything that day, and I regret not doing anything to save us. I lost her my ele, but I want her back and I will bring her back to me.Also, Linda Even though I warned her not to misbehave, she did, and I'm not sure how to handle this.

Elena Pov:

How dare he come back to me and chat after everything he did, and yet he expects me to speak to him normally as if he expected me to say hello and everything would return to normal. Damn, this man is so bold. However, the bold word is such an insult to him; he is such a coward who does not dare to take a stand for his people I want to kill someone. I could feel my nerves exploding and my breath getting heavier as I started to get flashbacks of that dreadful past that I wish never came into my life and that I could just forget. Unfortunately, or perhaps more accurately, because I am God's favourite child and my density has brought him back into my life, I looked at my wristwatch and realised that I was running late for my class. I am so screwed, and today is getting worse and worse. I hurried to my class in the hopes that my haughty teacher wouldn't have arrived, or else I would be in serious trouble.
