Liv was just sat on the sofa with Sapphire but she found out Liam got in trouble for riding someone an old man's scooter and crashed it. That means he had to go to court, he had done stuff in the past so mikes worried he'll get sent down.

"Never seen you in a suit before." Liv smiles as she was sat on his bed as he got ready.
"I look stupid." He groans as he looks in his mirror.
"You look handsome, come on." She grabs his hand and takes him downstairs.
"Uh could you hold still." Tracy said as he was sorting his tie and everyone laughed.
"Haha I'm glad everyone is having fun" Liam got annoyed.
"I think you look very smart." Carmen said.
"And sensible." Tee said as well.
"Yeah like the fastest get away driver in town" Elektra laughs.
"Why have I got to wear this stupid DG suit anyway?"
"Because when you end up in court it pays to look like you made an effort." Mike comes in puts his suit jacket on.
"I was just messing about."
"Liam, this could be the last straw, you could be—"
"What? Sent down."
"Come on we're going to be late" Mike doesn't answer.
"He thinks I'm going to be sent down doesn't he" Liam sighs.
"No he's just worried about you that's all." Tracy smiles.
"Come on" Mike says as he stands by the door.
"Can Liv come? She can wait outside I just want her there." Liam asks. "Please."
"Okay." Mike agrees.
Liam smiles and grabs Liv's hand as they walk to the door.
"Uh Liam" Elektra says making him turn around and she snaps a pic. "Smile"
"Uh no this way." Tracy pushes him back.

"Just wait here." Mike says to Liv as she sits down.
"You'll be okay." Liv smiles as she kisses Liam.

"So are you the girlfriend then of that thieving boy." A old man comes up to her.
"Yeah. Proud of it."
"Your too good for him. Don't waist time on him. Find yourself a kind,sensible man."
"Liam is that just in a different way. What do you expect ,we are all in care, no parents, rough childhood." Liv snaps as she gets annoyed with Mr Spooner.
"I'm just giving you the heads up." He opens the door to the court room.
"We'll I don't need it moody, old bloke." She mutters as he closes the door.

Liam walked out the court room.
"How'd It go?" Liv asked.
"He got 7 days of community service" Tracy answered as he didn't.
She hugs him. On the way home, he didn't speak much only just held onto liv tightly.

"Could of been worse" Tracy stated as they were sat eating lunch with Saff and Elektra.
"Worse then 7 days of community service?" He asked.
"Yes, it could of been weeks in a young offenders institution." Mike replied. "It could still be if you mess this up."
"So let's hope that this brings you too your senses yeah" Gina adds. "You don't take stuff that belongs to other people."
"I didn't steal it." Liam interrupted.
"No." Frank said.
"So what you got to do then, clean up some graffiti?" Elektra asks.
"No,Liam has to help out at an old people home." Mike answers.
Sapphire and Elektra laugh. "What you mean you have to like wipe them up and stuff."
"They didn't say I have to do that."
"No just help out." Mike put across "it is a punishment you know."
Liam stands up and leaves,pushing his chair over.
"Moody" Elektra laughs.

Liv sees Frank running after Liam, she goes too.
When she gets close she hears.
"What about Liv? You can't just run."
"Frank, I love her more then anyone but that Spooners right she's too good for me." Liam sighs angrily.
"Liam." Liv runs over.
"Mikes going on at me like I'm some kind of losers." Liam adds, not looking at liv.
Liam was about to jump over the wall. "Liam Mike thinks your a lot of things but loser? Nah. He just cares about you." Tracy spoke.
"Yeah" Frank said. Liv stays quiet and stands back.
"I'm gonna have to do it aren't I" Liam turns to them.
"Yep or it's the young offenders holiday camp for you." Tracy crosses her arms.
"Great."
"Come on." Tracy says as he jumps down.
