My friend, difficult times can feel never-ending. But better days will come again, if we have faith. Here are some reflections:

• This storm shall pass. Even the darkest clouds move on eventually, revealing blue sky once more. The sun still shines behind them. 

• Change is the only constant. What weighs us down today will likely lift tomorrow, to be replaced by new challenges. Life's seasons turn endlessly. 

• We are stronger than we know. We have made it through hardships before, and we will do so again. Our spirit is resilient. 

• Have hope. As long as we live and breathe, there is potential for days to grow brighter. Hope sustains us through difficulty.  

• Better days do not take away past pain, but they offer new joys and growth. We emerge from hardship wiser, more compassionate.

• Small moments of light and love still exist, even in darkness. Cherish these. They remind us that beauty endures.

• Look to helping others. True solace comes not from seeking comfort, but from giving it. Extend a hand, offer a kind word - you may lift another's spirit and your own.

• Trust that a loving divine power holds you. Surrender your struggles, and accept what peace you can find in this moment.

Better days will surely come again, my friend, if only we open our hearts to welcome them. Embrace each raindrop that falls, knowing it waters the seeds of tomorrow's sunshine. Darkness is temporary. Keep hope burning brightly within, and walk in the light it casts.
