Quirks: Demon and Resurrection
Demon - She was cured by a medicine ever since she was born. It gave her abilities in order to live. She has similar powers like Nezuko or Muzan. She has green chain tails with dragon heads.
Resurrection - It allows her to revive people with the touch of her hands. It can also allow her to revive people whose quirks were destroy. The way it works is like disarming a bomb. If someone is killed, there is a timer that you will need to revive someone before they are immediately dead. If someone is quirkless, then you cannot revive them a quirk. Its not how it works.
The Chained Tails - There is one only pinkish white dragon head and her name is "Rin". She can only talk and is the assistant and companion to Kirei. Kirei's tails are part of her Blood Demon Art and have telepath. Her tails wrap around the person and then hear the user's thoughts (Its like Mandalay's Quirk). They are also like eyes and ears for Kirei, so that she can spy on anyone.
