Chapter two- The only thing good that comes after, is the After Party.

I got out from Serena's embrace and went to the bar and fixed me a drink. Chuck came behind me, and touches me waist. "Are you alright Addie?" I took a sip of the vodka, and nodded turning to him. "I have to thank you Chuck." I said, he nodded and lowered his head. "I am Chuck Bass." He said, I shook my head. "And you ruin it, you schmuck!" I laughed. He smiled, and looked at me. Blair came out clapping, and I looked at Chuck, as his arm slipped around my hips. "Party is over. I repeat party is over." She clapped. And she looked at me, Chuck was gone talking to Nate. "Why was Conner here? Are you okay?" She said, she touched my arm. And I bit my lip. "I just.." She did the same move as Serena, covered my face with her hand and my face was on her shoulder. Chuck saw and walked after. "Adelaide!" He said. "Later Bass, not now. " She said. Serena came after and we walked to Blair's room. I got on the bed, bawling..and snot coming out.

"I didn't want to see him, I never wanted to see him again..why did he come? What possessed him to come?"

I cried. Tears rolling down my face.
Serena looked at me and sat down beside me, rubbing my mascara tears away. "He's controlling. he's a manipulator, and he sees that you're finally happy, and healthy, without him." She said, Blair looked at me. "Everyone is leaving, let's he you out of this before you ruin it with your tears." She smiled, I painfully laughed, and Chuck and Nate came in. "How is she?" Nate asked Serena. She bobbed her head over toward Blair taking off the Givenchy. The ruby lace push-up showing, and she gve me a oversized Yale sweater and socks. And she started the bath. I felt bile come up my throat and Blair screamed for Serena.
"what's wrong?" She said.
"Go get some Advil, and Xanax."
Blair ordered.

I was naked, throwing up into her toilet she pulled my hair back. "And a burrito." I said choking on my vomit. Blair laughed. Chuck and Nate at the door watching, Blair looked up. "Guys she's naked have respect!"
Serena came and we shut the door, I sat in the bath eating my burrito.
"It seems like Chuck really cares for you." Serena said, Blair nudged me while I was in the bubble bath.
"No, ew..Chuck is just.." I thought of a word. "Chuck." I laughed, we all did. I got out and put the stuff Blair put out for me, and I sat on her bed. "So, who's caught your eye?" Serena asked. "There's one guy.." Serena looked at me and smiled. "Who?!" Her and Blair, begged. I smiled. "David Beckham." I said. Blair hit me with a pillow. "Ugh! Adelaide!" Throughout the night we talked about life, Blair's relationship with Nate, Serena and Dan.

In the morning we all went to school, my plaid skirt, and button down was buttoned so you could see the black push-up when I turned to the side. And my white knee highs and black booties. And my Louis Vuitton bag, my hair in a messy half up half down, and my makeup sultry, with mauve lipstick. I walked to the front gate, and see people staring at me like always, and Chuck, he looks up and smiles, I sit by him. And eat my breakfast, he keeps looking at me. I looked at him in surprise and smile. "How are you?" He said. I nodded. "I'm great..without you staring at me Bass!" I said, he chuckled. "I'm sorry my apologies.." He said. I nodded. I cross my legs and I touch Chuck's knee. He looks at me, and smirks. He puts his hand on my knee and I let it rest and then slap it.
The bell rung and Chuck grabbed my books. "Chuck." I said. "I'm walking you to your locker, nothing big." He whispered in my ear.
