First Pov:

"Are you sure about that? I mean... I'm only an amateur..." my sentence trailed off as he stared into my eyes. "But, but art isn't even my first passion."

"Do you not wanna do it? Cuz I won't force you to," he said reassuringly. "I'll gladly do it for you, I just don't want you to waste your money on me." He sighed. "After work, let's go get the supplies." I nodded and sat back down. I began working on a new drawing. It was the outline of Johnny, but I couldn't finish it because his outline would be filled with different colors that contrast each other.

Time passed slowly simply because I could feel John staring at me. Okay, calm down. He said he liked your work, that's all. When it was time to go, I asked if we were walking.

"Why would we walk?" I realized how stupid it sounded as soon as it kept my mouth. "I'm sorry, I let a friend borrow my car for a while so out of habit, I was ready to walk." I chuckled at the end feeling stupid. "We can take my car. I'll drop you off afterwards." I started shooing away the idea. "It's fine, you don't have to."

He grabbed my hand. "But I want to," he said softly, looking deep in my eyes. If black people could turn red, I would be redder than the red eye on Jupiter. I was lost in a trance, so I didn't know we were in his car. I was still looking at him when he turned to look at me. "What?"

His deep voice made me snap back as he leaned close to my face. "Huh? Oh, nothing. You have an amazing voice." He lifted his eyebrows and began to drive. We didn't talk for a while until the radio started playing "Bring Me to Life" by Evanescence. I began to sing along and genuinely forgot I was in the car with my celebrity crush.

He laughed, but sang along. When the song was done he looked at me almost like he was trying to understand something. It finally clicked. "You can sing!?" I giggled and responded, "Yep, my first true and strongest passion."

We finished the drive talking nonstop. We got in the store and the first thing I did was look around. "This is amazing." I remembered why I was here and made my way to the paint not even noticing Johnny staring at me.

First Pov (Johnny):

She is just too cute. She began making her way to the paint section and I followed a few steps behind. I came here often, so the employees and managers knew me. I just watched as she looked for paint colors and brushes. "I'm just gonna go on the other side to see if they have a color I need. Want." I chuckled and said go ahead.

She went over and I waited for her. After five minutes, I got the feeling something was wrong. I was to the other aisle to hear these 2 guys harassing her. I rounded the corner to see what was going on. "C'mon, loosen up. We just wanna go paint the town red with you," he said grabbing her chin and making her look at him. She swatted his hand away and glared at both of them.

"Could I please go," she asked trying to push past them. One of them put their hand on her chest saying, "But you just got here." She was getting frustrated and tried frantically to leave, but just got pushed against all the paint cans.

I was about to go help her when she punched one of them in the face and kicked the other between his legs. She ran in my direction and she was crying. I grabbed her quickly not knowing that my face was redder from anger. She held on tight when their footsteps could be heard approaching us.

"You little bit..." they silenced as they saw me. I wanted to hurt them so bad, but Robyn was scared. "Leave." They nodded quickly and ran off. "Robyn, love, are you okay?" she wiped away her tears as she nodded.

We finished shopping and were putting the paints in the truck when she started crying again. I quickly grabbed her and gave her a tight hug. We stayed like that for about 3 minutes before we got in. "I'm sorry," we both say at the same time. We laughed and then I asked, "What are you sorry for?" She pointed towards the back of the truck. "For crying like that. I've always been told I'm a big crybaby. What are you sorry for?"

"For not going with you when you said you were going to another aisle." She smiled softly. "Also, you are not a crybaby. You're just in touch with your feelings." She laughed and my heart skipped a beat while my spirit felt lighter.

She told me where she lived and I looked at her like she was crazy. "You walk from your house to the studio every day?" she nodded like it was no big deal. "When do you get your car back?" She told me in a month. I sighed. "I'll come pick you up in the morning and every morning until you get your car back."

She started sniffling and I couldn't help but smile. "You are so adorable." She laughed, forgetting she was on the verge of tears, and said, "I am not! Today has just been a really emotional day." I nodded mockingly and started driving to her house.

The entire time, she was singing. However one song made me wanna cry. She sung with such emotion, I almost stopped the car just to hear her sing. When we finally got there, I got out and went to open her door. "Thank you," she said flashing me a grin. My face involuntarily heated up and I looked away.

She headed to the trunk, but I made my way over and put my hand on it. "You're not gonna paint here." She looked confused. "You'll paint at my house, but on a later day." She nodded and began walking up to her house. I watched as she turned around and came back towards me. I thought she had forgotten something in my car, but instead she kissed me on the cheek and said, "Thank you."

She ran up to her house and went in. I got in my car and started driving to my house. I went in, ate, and it was only as I was getting in the shower did my body react. My face was beet red and I couldn't stop smiling. "She is just too cute."
