"GUYS WE HAVE TO FOCUS" I shouted at the two giggling girls opposite me.

"sorry will but it's so so"

"Funny" max ended el's sentence.

"What are you even looking at" I sighed looking over maxes phone.

"Mike's insta" el giggled.

Mike? I wondered, as in my old friend Mike? From my old friend group!?

"Micheal wheeler?" I questioned.

"That's him your boyfrienddd" max winked.

"I seriously hate you, come on I need a good mark on this project guys!!" I said snatching her phone.

"Whatever, nerd" max groaned.

-after the project was finished-

"You guys suck at science projects, seriously did you listen to anything the teacher said!?" I asked frustrated.

"no" max said, smiling.

"I was zoned out when she explained the project" el said looking past the doorway.

"You guys are useless" I frowned.

"That's why your the brain" max winked.

"Whatever" I said.

the girls went back to giggling and stalking while I watched the rain out the window.

"HIS ONLINE!!" Max yelled.

"what's the big deal?" I asked.

"He could post another stupid photo" el giggled.

I heard a ding come from my phone, before I could check I noticed max already had it.

"HE MESSAGED YOU!!" Max shouted.

"SH and what!?" I snatched my phone from max who was laughing with el.

he did. He messaged me. Why?

m1kewheer: soo this is really random but uhm wanna hang out, like rn??

"WHAT HE SAY WHAT HE SAY" max shouted.

"just asking if I wanted to hang out" I said obviously going to text no.

"SAY YES!!" el shouted.

"What why!? I'm here with you guys" I said, confused.

"come on it's the perfect chance to get to know him again, and we both know you like him" max winked.

"I hate you guys but fine out of my room then" I said pointing to the door.

"We shall be in my roooom" el said walking out with max.

m1kewheer: its fine you still live in the same place?

w1llbyrr: yep *******

m1kewheer: k be right there!!

after a few minutes of waiting I heard a knock on the door I tried to get to the door first but I made it half way down the stairs when I noticed the girls talking to Mike.

"Leave him alone, it's not like his a famous actor or something, Jesus" I said pushing them away from Mike.

"Sorry about them" I added as they walked away winking and yelling things.

"It's fine I have two sisters" Mike said, smiling as he walked in.

"why'd you wanna hang out?" I asked.

"Don't know I was bored, Lucas and Dustin are out of town because they don't like me, like before.." he said he seemed.. off.

"Its probably nothing, now come on!!" I smiled at him running upstairs as he followed.

"My roommmmm" I said sitting down on the bed.

"nice!" he said, "looks different" he kept looking around poking at things.

"Yep just uhm don't go in there" I said pointing to a room.

"why? Do you have like a sercet family in there or something?" He laughed.

"Mike I'm serious, don't." I said, worried.

"Whatever you say byers" Mike winked and sat in my bed.
