'Si hyuk....' Yoongi suddenly spoke.

'We heard that Ni-ki was sent to jail because of threatening you with a dangerous weapon.' Yoongi asked.

'Is it true?' Hoseok asked.

Si Hyuk frowned.

'Now you know why I didn't want to tell you guys about it.' Si Hyuk sighed as he continued, 'The incident happened a long time ago. After coming back, Ni-ki started a new life here. And I believe that that kid has the right!' Si Hyuk said with a weak voice.

'We heard that Ni-ki's mother was the biggest owner of this Island.' Jimin spoke.

Suddenly the clock sound made them flinch as Si Hyuk quickly stood up.

'Shit! I am chatting here with you guys while leaving the main job! I have to give the signal for the bad weather and maybe a soon-to-be typhoon! Otherwise, the small boats won't be able to come and will be stuck inside the ocean! I will leave first to warn them.'

He took a yellow slicker from the kitchen's hook as he turned around.

'Let's talk about the land of Nishimura's later. The work right now is more important.' Si Hyuk said and rushed outside.

'Strange.' Hoseok tilted his head and looked at the window. The heavy rainfall was now making noise on the windows.

'Very strange.....' Yoongi also said.

'True...But we can think about it later. The weather is actually too bad. What should we do now? How will we find Ni-ki?' Jimin asked.

'You just spoke my inner thoughts.' Yoongi said.

'His house is near. Remember we saw it on Mrs. Han's map?' Hoseok asked.

The trio then left for Ni-ki's house and soon reached there. By the time they reached, their shoes were already soaked with mud. The speed of rain has increased.

Hoseok walked forward and knocked on the door.

'Ni-ki!! Ni-ki!'

Yoongi looked at the big vegetable garden beside Ni-ki's small house.

'It doesn't seem like Ni-ki can do gardening.' Yoongi thought.

Hoseok knocked and called a few times but there was no response from inside.

'I don't think he is inside. Should we go around to find him?' Jimin asked.

Before Yoongi could say something, all three of them heard the car's engine as they looked at the truck.

'Look! There he is! Let's hide and see what he does!' Jimin said as the other two agreed.

But to their surprise, they saw Ni-ki taking out two big boxes which were hidden by a heavy quilt.

'Is that stolen things?' Hoseok whispered.

'No idea.' Yoongi replied.

The trio then slowly followed them and peeked through a window to see inside.

They saw Ni-ki putting the two boxes down and taking out the quilt as they yelped in surprise.

'Aren't those SWAG PAPRIKA's dogs?!' Jimin shouted.

Yoongi and Hoseok jumped inside the main door at the same time as they looked at a frightened and startled Ni-ki.

'This time you will have to speak!' Jimin said as he locked the door behind him and crossed his hands over his chest.

The dogs were barking softly this time as Ni-ki sighed and put his hands in the air as a surrender.

'Okay fine. I will answer you.'

'That will be the best. So now speak why did you steal SWAG PAPRIKA's dogs?' Hoseok asked.

'He never gives proper foods to these doggies. As a result, they lose control and become aggressive for the lack of food. I sometimes sneak around and give food to them. But this time I noticed that he didn't give them food for several days! I wanted to teach him a good lesson. That's why I took them here temporarily. For..sometimes until he realizes his mistakes.'

'We can understand the dog thing but what about cutting our ropes to make us fall from the hill, throwing arrows on us, then poisoning us-'

'Did that Si Hyuk tell you about these things?!'

'Si hyun never told us any of these. In fact, he made a promise to your mother to not hold any grudges against you and to take care of you.' Yoongi said.

'Wow!' Ni-ki laughed sarcastically and clapped his hands.

'Just wow! That bitch! That two-faced guy! You wanna know the REAL truth? Let me tell you the real truth!' Ni-ki took a deep breath as he tried to suppress his anger.

'After my father died, Si Hyuk came to our house almost every day and would try to show fake sympathy to my mother! He would tell her again and again that holding on to these useless lands will only make the tax money grow since there will be no cultivation here. Besides every year the tax amount is raising. If mother wants then she can stay in a house freely without giving a single tax if she gives all the property to him. He even came with the papers to take her sign!'

Jimin sat down on the cold floor as Hoseok rested his body on the wall.

Yoongi also sat on the couch knowing fully that the story was long.

'Mother started to regret as soon as she signed those damned papers. I didn't know about these before. As soon as I got to know about these, I took a rented pistol and rushed to his house. I said that if he didn't tear apart those land agreement papers then I will shoot him on the spot. That land was my father's. My father loved it. Maybe it was a wrong idea to go to his house with a pistol but I was too angry to think straight.'

'Is that why you were sent to detention?' Yoongi asked.

Ni-ki looked at him with eyes full of surprise.

'How did you know?!....... Well yes. He did send me there but my work was done. I already had torn apart those land agreement papers. Mother also got to know what kind of person Si Hyuk was. Uncle Hyunjin helped us by giving some money to Mother so that she can pay the taxes. Currently, I am giving the taxes. That's why I try to work as hard as I can so that I can pay the taxes on time.'

Yoongi nodded.

'That means he is not the culprit behind these things.' Jimin muttered but Ni-ki heard it.

'Of course, I am not!' He shouted.

Hoseok finally let go with a huge sigh as he nodded to his friends. One by one all of them walked out of Ni-ki's house.

Yoongi turned around to see how carefully Ni-ki was being with the dogs which melted his cold heart a little..

He then diverted his attention to another way.

'What should we do now...?' He mumbled.
