"aii, its fine, you can just rest over there." jisung's grandma insisted, and you finally listened.

"my apologies grandmother" you said

"its fine its fine, you're from seoul after all" grandma said. "here." she handed you a tomato you picked earlier, you hesitated to eat it

"just eat it! its good for your health!~" you finally listened. "its not bad.."

"how did you meet jisung?" she suddenly asked, gazing over at her grandson."through a friend~" you replied, not getting him into trouble.

"my jisung has came a long way." she smiled. "he was a strange kid."

"how was he strange" you asked her
"he always stood off to himself, he would stay up all night & talk to himself."

"so he's always talked to himself" you laughed

"have you witnessed it?" grandma asked.

"yes."

-flashback-

"ya nova, is that your man over there" ava nudged you "where?" you looked aroung

"riiight there." she moved your head "ahh~ is it?" you scratched your neck.

"no no no, not actually because if jaemin does it might not get across.." the boy shook his hands. "park jisung!" you tried to get his attention, to no avail.

"he's so weird." ava pulled you back.

"but he's cute." you shrugged.

-another flashback-

after a night of running continuous errands with chenle you walked into the dark livingroom, where jisung layed on the couch.

"you're here" he said when you walked in "where were you" he sounded tired too

"well, you know..with ava" you tilted your head "all day?"

"yes~ why are you asking me this brother ji"
"just..you were gone all day, i thought someone had probably got ahold of you"

you had sat on the couch as he sat up "you know if someone does something to me, you would feel it too" you sighed "don't worry brother ji, im fine" you patted his back

"but nova..why do you keep calling me brother ji? who taught you this?"

"dont worry about that brother ji! sleep well" you hopped up

"whatever! wake up early tomorrow, you know what tomorrow is!!" he yelled as you went up the stairs "eo~ i don't know what tomorrow is brother ji!"

"liar." he said under his voice

"aniii~ but why do you keep sleeping here? do you not have a home" you peeked your head around the corner making jisung laugh a little

"who do you think i am..go to sleep, don't worry about me" he put his head under the blanket "kiyowo~" you said under your voice smiling to yourself as you went into your room & softly closed the door

after about an hour of sleep you suddenly woke up thirsty, you went down to grab some water, but when you came down the stairs slowly jisung was standing up talking

"jisung??" he didnt answer. "park jisung!"

"dont say that again dude, thats really not gonna happen, im not gonna let it. im telling you its realll!." he folded his arms outwards.

you proceeded to go into the kitchen and get the water when you suddenly turned to see him standing behind you, causing you to throw some water on you.

"ahh freak!" you hit him with the bottle.

"ahhh!" he whined back

"bro you freaking idiot, i almost killed you seriously." you raised your hand to hit him.

"ahh~ okay okay, my mistake, i apologize." he held your hand back. "when did you come in here?" he asked

"just now. who were you talking to??" you scoffed. "no one" he smiled "you're really weird.." you titled your head.

"maybe you're just dreaming, go to bed" he wrapped his hand around your waist and tucked you back into bed.

-end of flashbacks-

you and grandma laughed at those moments together. "he's a really precious boy though" she tilted her head.

"i agree." you nodded as she got up and rushed off, leaving you confused.

she came back with a handful of pictures "who's this." you took a picture. "baby jisung." she whispered.

"aww oh my god?? hes co cute!!" you squirmed. "right?"

"he's grew alot" you looked at him picking tomatoes. "only physically. i think he's still a baby."

"hm~~you're right" you hummed and kept your eye on him.

i wonder what would happen i-

"alright! y'all are done for today~ come rest" grandma pulled you out your thoughts & they came and sat down.

"you are cooking something with these right grandma?" jisu let out a long sigh. "of course not, i'll just let you starve." grandma sarcastically said & got up

-a day later-

"goodbye grandmother." you and jisung bowed.

"yeah yeah goodbye. next time bring your dad." she told jisung
"got it, go back in, its cold" y'all started walking.
--

"welp." you entred the train. "you panicked because of nothing." jisung teased you.

"tt," you clicked your tongue. "you be quiet." y'all sat on ya'lls seats again, he folded his arms out.

jisung started playing his game while you were looking out the window. you suddenly leaned your head on his shoulder.

"Are you okay?" he checked

"perfectly fine." you snuggled closer to him as he embraced you. "what would you do if we broke up?" you asked him.

"hm..never talk to you again." he poked his lips out. "tsk. and if we break up on good terms?" you scoffed.

"i wont talk to you ever again." he continued his game.

"yah!"
"whaat?"

"so you'll never talk to me ever again."

"i mean..i could spray water on y-"
"so you're going to throw water on me??"

"noo, you as-"
"you're so rude!" you crossed your arms.

"are you asking yo breakup with me?" jisung put his phone down

"wha- of course not! do you want me to" you folded your arms and lifted your head. "no way. we could never break up" jisung dragged you back down, making you laugh.

"my heart just fluttered." you held your chest and jisung smiled out of embarrassment.

i really really love you.
