MIA would rather be anywhere else right now.

It was currently two o'clock in the morning, and she was yet again back in the interrogation chair, being questioned over the murder of Vince Schneider.

Now, Mia wasn't trying to sound like a psycho but.....she was almost happy the man was dead—yes, she would keep that to herself during the interrogation. Not like anyone deserved to be stabbed to death—she would have rather have been told her overdosed, or got into a car accident—but it was Vince. She couldn't help but think a few not-so-good thoughts.

"I don't even get why I'm here." Mia yawned.  The girl had been rudely awoken by the ringing of her phone—don't worry, she only had Do Not Disturbed turned off for her mother and Wes, she was safe—and had picked it up to see her mother's contact.

"Vincent Schneider's body has been found."  Judy's voice had spoken, firmly, "I need you and your brother, as well as Mindy and Chad Meeks-Martin, Amber Freeman and Liv Mckenzie here at the station right now for questioning."

Of course, with her mother being the sheriff, Mia listened and here she was—her ass in the interrogation chair, her friends and brother in the waiting room.  The woman who beckoned them here in the first place paced in front of the interrogation table, a serious expression on her face.

"You are here—" Judy answered, glancing at her daughter, "—because Vincent Schneider's body was found outside of a bar where you and your friends were at moments beforehand.  The six of you are suspects."

"I'm sorry Mom, but do you really think we did this?" Mia sighed, sending her mother a knowing look, "I understand Tara's attack—friend-on-friend crime is very familiar here —but Vince? I mean, he was an asshole but I don't think any of us would kill...." She thought back to the bar interaction and stopped, "....actually, scrap that. Chad kinda looked like he could kill."

"Do I think you did this? No.  I never do." Judy repeated similar words to yesterdays.  The answer was always no. "But, after hearing your thoughts on the attack—how you think one of your friends is Ghostface—" she paused a moment, as if she didn't want to believe the terrorizing killer was back, "—then, yes.  I think one of your friends could be behind this."

"Forget I ever made the comment about Chad, then." the Hicks sighed, her lips falling into a thin line.

Judy spoke the opposite, "I'll actually use that when I question him next. Now, tell me your account of what happened last night."

"Well, we were all playing pool and chatting and what not. Then, Vince came towards us and was trying to get Liv to follow him—they hooked up last summer and he clearly doesn't understand the term one night stand.  I defended her, and he made a comment about me, and continued to ask Liv to follow him.  Chad started to get defensive and Vince pulled out a switchblade.  That's when we all got kicked out."

Judy scribbled something down, "He made a comment about you?"

"Yeah, I'm fine though.  Just asked if I wanted to be his next one night stand and that I was kinda hot." Mia shrugged.  While she'd scoffed at him the night before, the Hicks girl wasn't affected by what he said at all—especially when she had Wes and her friends to defend her, and Chad keeping Vince from getting close to her or Liv.

"What happened afterwards?"

"Nothing." Mia shrugs, leaning back in her chair—she was tired, and would much rather be asleep in the comfort of her bed than sitting in a bright, contained room with nothing but white walls to keep her company. "We just decided to call it a night. Me and Wes came back home and watched a movie together. Then I went to bed, until you woke me up to bring me here."
