The book takes place on the dark side of the city called Loui.
Deku who is the mafia boss is looking for his new pet that will behave and listen to his orders.
He soon gets called on a meeting with his enemy.

On the meeting Tomura Shigaraki offers him a creature that has gone thru some experiments.
It was Bakugo Katsuki, he was neko.
Katsuki didn't have much hope and looked weak.. as he took a look at izuku his deep ruby eyes shined as his tail started to wag.
