**Creators notes**Hiya everyone it's my first time writing so please bear with me leave any comments if I make any mistakes for context clues I'm this story Ai has an identical younger sister named Sakura and we will get to they're backstory later what is happening currently is Sakura has a illness that she has a 20 percent survival rate and Ai is 15 anyways on with the story**
**Ai's POV** "Sakura's hand is so thin and weak her cheeks are so sunken her long hair is gone what about being Idols together you promised we would be idols together Sakura and Ai the twin idols you promised me Sakura"Ai thought as she held Sakura's hand while crying
**Sakura's POV** Ai always cried when visiting me and held my hand the doctors always talk about my illness and how I might not make it, but I don't wanna live my days waiting on how I might die I still have my sister after all I promised we were gonna be idols and live a better life together. Sakura then holds Ai's hand with both of hers and says with her cheerful demeanor and a happy smile"Cheer up Ai soon I'm gonna be able to sing and dance with you this illness with pass I'm sure of it so please don't waste your tears on me I'm not going anywhere"
**Narrater POV** Sakura's doctor then tells Ai to leave because they need to start the operation before Ai gets up to leaves Sakura takes the bunny hairclip off her hospital nightstand and hands it to Ai and says"Here you go Ai it's my apology gift for you having to stay in the hospital with me on your birthday congratulations on turning 15 Ai I love you"Before Ai could say anything she is ushered out the door by doctors, the phrase"I Love you"was the last thing Sakura had said while she was alive and breathing
