AUTHORS NOTE: This one a lil short yall but I'm gonna update DWW. This is just a preview on how she gets revenge.😙
Y/N SHIVERED AS SHE walked in the snow late at night. Her mother who was rarely home ordered her to go get something from the corner store, and she only gave her 5 dollars which make her suck her teeth.
'BROKE BITCH.' Y/n muttered while playing with the five dollar bill that was in her black puffer jacket. She was still angry about the situation that happend yesterday. The way they all just left her in the dust after sticking beside them before they became known still had her in disbelief.
As she finally looked up from the ground, suddenly a hard chest bumped into her. She was about to cuss them out but then she noticed the familiar face that looked down at her in guilt. It was Bobby.
Y/n huffed annoyed and stood up pushing him out the way. "Wait y/n" Bobby called out trying to catch up to y/n but she just walked faster. After a few moments he finally caught up to her standing in her path.
"Fuck out my face fool." Y/n argued trying to walk around him but he just blocked her way again. "Hold up y/n, chill-"
"No! Don't tell me to chill Bobby. The way you all just abandoned me like I was nothing. like I wasn't there for all of you at y'all lowes-" she started but stopped shaking her head. "Ion got time for this." She started walking but stopped.
"But just remember who was there when you embarrassed yourself with that lame ass performance." She muttered loud enough for him to hear, shaking her head she shoved her hands in her pocket walking away.
As y/n walked down the street hoping that she'll reach the corner store soon she felt a hand tug on her forcefully, "What the fu-"
Guess who it was? yeah you guessed right. It was Bobby trifling ass. "Bobby bro. Leave me alone." Y/n grunted trying to pull away her hand.
"Not until you let me explain."
They both looked at each other in silence for a few moments. Y/n looked in Bobby eyes searching for anything, but all she saw was guilt. "Mane, you got five minutes."
Bobby let out a breath. "Look."
"Brooke gave us an opportunity. He said that he would pay our moms if we agreed to vote you out and not tell you. And you know that we need the mone-"
"Hold up hold up." Y/n cut him off.
"YOU tellin me that y'all abandoned me out for some pocket change??" Y/n questioned more in disbelief then yesterday. She slowly walked away shaking her head.
"How much?"
"What?"
"How much did he pay y'all?"
They both sat in silence for a couple of minutes.
"50 dollars."
Y/n sucked her teeth shaking her head astonished, she bit her lip and walked away hurriedly. This time he let her walk away putting his head down. Ashamed. '50 bucks to abandoned me?? I can't fucking believe this.' She thought sadly finally reaching the store.
She hurridly walked into the store and grabbed the bottle of wine for her cheap ass mother. She went to the cashier and slapped the 5 dollars on the counter trying to rush out the store and get home so she can cry herself to sleep.
"I'm sorry but you not enough money for this." The cashier said with his broken English, "Huh?? Mane it says 4.99 on the bottom." She argued.
"Yeah with no tax."
"Mane that's some bull-"
All of a sudden a $20 bill was slapped on the counter. "It's on me." The raspy males voice said to the cashier making him nod his head approvingly.
Y/n looked at the man and realized he was the talent show host, Maurice. The one that gave the new edition a shot at becoming big. He had a white long sleeve button up shirt, his collars was slightly messed up and he placed a bag of chips on the counter.
"Aye, I know you..you apart of that lil boys group right?" He asked grabbing the bag from the counter nodding.
"Yeah I was apart of it.." she trailed off grabbing the bottle of wine and walking out with the man.
"Was? They kicked you out or somethin?" He asked opening the bag of chips and throwing some in his mouth.
"Yup."
"Mane.. that's too bad kid. Cause you actually got some talent."
"Appreciate it:"
They continued conversating until they reached y/n's apartment. The whole street was pitch black and a few mice ran past there feet.
"This is it." Y/n said looking at her apartment embarrassed, she was always embarrassed on how poorly her apartment looked making her shamefully put her head down. She walked up the steps stopping in her tracks as she heard his voice.
"Yo kid." Maurice called out to her digging in his pocket. She turned around confused, he reached his hand out with a black card that had his number on it in gold. She slowly walked back down the steps confused.
"Give me a call one day, you got some potential kid." He said lowly letting her take the card out her hand smiling.
"Thanks." She said smiling giddily. He walked away munching on his corn chips and as he got further in the distance she started dancing excitedly.
"Yes!" She whisper shouted excitedly jumping around. She skipped up the steps happy. 'I'm finally gonna get my happy ending.'
Or is she??
