A woman with (h/l) (h/c) sat underneath a tree, her knees were curled up to her chest while her arms sat atop them. Her face having a neutral outlook and she seemed to be deep in thought. Turning her (e/c) eyes up to the sky she gazed at the passing clouds. I feel numb was her only thought as she gazed at the clouds. What would happen if I just disappeared for a few days? Would anyone worry? What if I just gave up would he still care? her thoughts gave way to a road that stretched out for miles.

"Yo (N/n),"

A dull voice yet bright undertone called to her, breaking her trail of thoughts. Tired eyes looked from the sky to the god that was approaching her. Putting on a smile, the woman greeted the god. "Hello Lord Buddha, how are you on this marvelous day."

"Its been good no ones asking for my candy so thats great." he smiled back, as he clutched the bowl of candy in his hands. As he continued to approach the woman, her brother could tell that something was amiss. Stopping just short of where she sat. Buddha, through his shades, gazed down at the (s/c) woman. The lollipop between his lips tilted downwards. (Y/n) tilted her head in curiosity wondering why he hasn't sat down yet. Suddenly without any word the woman was now in the Buddha' lap, the bowl he was carrying was now in her own while his legs were encompassing her on both sides. His arms were wrapped around her midsection while his chin rested on her head.

"Alrighty tell Big Brother Buddha whats wrong?" he demanded, his voice leaving no room for argument. (e/c) orbs widened in slight shock. Buddha' blue hues peered at (Y/n) watching as her (e/c) orbs dulled. "I'm just so tired."

"Tired of what?" even though he didn't need to ask he did anyway. "I'm tired of everything. I'm tired of seeing people, I'm tired of everyone bugging me, of everyone talking to me expecting me know the answers." she started, her voice and heart aching. Her self appointed brother placed his forehead on the back of her head. "I just want to give up. I want to disappear into the sea. Just for a moment." she whispered a tear falling down her face. "You must think all this is silly don't you?" she dryly laughed. Buddha said nothing only holding her tighter.

"I know thats not the only thing buggn ya." he whispered. "Just let it out."

With those simple words, tears started forming in Y/n's (e/c) hues. Opening her mouth she started to wail. Her tears flowing down her face as she hiccuped. "I just want this pain, this agony to end. I want things to return to normal." sobbing as she gripped her hair.

"I, I , I shouldn't have been so stupid and now I can never say I'm sorry. I can never pet her again, I'll I'll I'll" her breathing became ragged as her face became pale. Buddha raised his hand and covered her eyes. He knew the exact pain she was going through, he too went through this. The pain and grief one goes through when losing a loved one. A glow came from the hand that was on her eyes. (Y/N)'s wails slowly came to a halt while Buddha's sleep spell took its hold.

Poseidon was walking around Valhalla, he knew that his wife was here. He was not deaf to how she was behaving recently. She was becoming lack luster and lazy. At this the sea god stopped. Gazing at the floor he narrowed his gaze. No that's not quite right. She loves the sea as much as I do and feels the pain they feel. Especially the Poseidon gripped his trident making it groan.

Hastening his steps he hurried to find his wife. "Yo, Poseidon." turning a little too quickly, the God of Gods stood in front of Buddha who was carrying (Y/N)s body in his arms. "Her face was going pale." he explained.

Nodding the blonde haired god placed his trident on his back and held his arms out. Buddha knew what the god meant but he took a step back. "Ah, ah, ah, you gotta step forward and take her from me." holding her head to his shoulder.

The sea god glanced around. "Just drop ya damn pride and hold her in ya arms ya idi-" before he could finish the deity had already taken her into his arms. "I only tolerate you because my wife considers you her brother." was his cold reply. Turning his back to Buddha the sea god made his way towards the window. Climbing onto the sill he gazed down. The sea wind blew fluttering around the two divine beings. Jumping down the sea rose and welcomed the two home.

(h/l) and blonde curly hair was ruffled by the water. Using the rocks as leverage, Poseidon kicked off swimming home.

Tightening his hold on (Y/n) his ocean eyes took in her baggy eyes and tear stained face. Before the sea swallowed the two, Poseidon' ears caught the sound of Buddha' voice. "She's gonna leave ya if you don't do something ya idiot."  Pulling his gaze away he looked to the front again.

Later (Y/n) woke in her bed, looking around she noticed they were in the terrestrial castle. So he is abandoning me. she thought. Laying on her side she curled in on her self. It's only fair since I've been so useless to him these days. Tears formed as she curled more into a fetal position. Sobs where muffled by the thick comforter. Arms wrapping around her ceased her sobs, making her trembling body still.

Deftly a kiss was placed on her ear. "I'm sorry I couldn't get there fast enough. I'm sorry My Pearl that you must deal with my failure. Forgive me for not saving (pet' name)."

Turning in her husbands soft hold (y/n) began sobbing again. "Will this pain ever stop?" snot and tears staining his skin. "No but I believe ." was his only reply. " that they will always be apart of you."

(Y/n) buried her head into his chest her arms wrapping around him. Poseidon' battle ridden hands found their way into her hair softly brushing it. Like a oyster shielding a pearl the sea god wrapped himself around you. In hope' of lessening your pain the best of his abilities.

AN: I've been dealing with writers block, the loss of a beloved family member, my lack of motivation and everything else the shitty world as to offer. Sorry if Poseidon is ooc as well as Buddha. I just needed some kind of outlet. Sorry again. Thank you for everything and have a good. Oh and remember.

There are people out there who love you and care for you. Even though they don't always show it they love you. So please don't shut them out. They only want to help you. So please don't shut them out and cherish them for as long as you can.
