Two days later, Yu Su walked out of the house.

The sun outside was bright, the sky was blue, the clouds were white, and the spiritual energy was abundant. Even though this spiritual energy was fierce and not easy to provoke, it was alive and real, completely different from the depleted spiritual energy of the Dharma-ending Era.

This was truly a blessing in disguise, a stroke of great luck.

With spiritual energy, why worry about not being able to cultivate?

Moreover, he had a whole set of comprehensive spells stored in his mind!

Yu Su discovered this on the second day after waking up. No one would have thought that after crossing over, he would bring the entire set of comprehensive spells with him into his own mind.

Clearly, even the heavens were giving him a chance to make up for his regrets.

Thinking of this, Yu Su couldn't help but laugh out loud, but his joy turned into sorrow as he began coughing uncontrollably.

"Hahaha, it's fun, really fun."

Seeing him bend over from coughing, his silent younger brother, Yu Zhou, came over to support him. Their foolish father, Jian Yunchuan, sitting under the eaves, burst into hearty laughter without any reservations.

Yu Su couldn't help but sigh. All beginnings are difficult, and now he had a whole family of elderly, weak, sick, and disabled people to take care of.

Speaking of their current situation, it had to be mentioned.

Inside the wilderness, there were many unknown dangers, among which the most terrifying to ordinary people were the savage beasts.

To avoid the invasion of savage beasts, most villages were built far away from the mountains and forests, surrounded by tall pointed wooden walls for defense.

The Yu family village was no exception. It was surrounded by a desolate plain, and even drinking water required carrying a pot to a relatively distant river, as there were also monstrous fish in the river that could devour humans. The village couldn't be too close to the river.

To satisfy their hunger, the able-bodied villagers would form teams to gather and hunt in the mountains.

The original owner was a member of the gathering team, supporting his father and younger brother with the fruits, mushrooms, and wild vegetables he collected.

As for cultivating, what was that thing? Can you eat it?

During the Savage Era, most people didn't understand cultivation, and the fierce spiritual energy in the air was not so easy to absorb into their bodies. One wrong move, and they would end up dead.

Now, Yu Su had brought the entire set of comprehensive spells with him, standing on the shoulders of giants, and all these hidden dangers could be resolved.

The problem was that he was currently a patient, and his ambitious plans had to be put on hold. He still needed to take care of his health.

Yu Zhou clung onto him and tried to shake him off.

The frail Yu Zhou was thrown away like a kite with a broken string by the strong Yu Xiong. If he landed badly, the consequences would be unimaginable.

Yu Su's pupils contracted, and without any hesitation, he ran out to catch Yu Zhou's body.

With an unstable foundation, Yu Su and Yu Zhou both fell to the ground, with Yu Su bearing the brunt of it.

Yu Su bit his lip, suppressing the pain and choking back his cries. He looked up at Yu Xiong, and the thin boy's eyes emitted a sharp gaze that was completely different from his usual self.

Yu Xiong couldn't help but tremble, then became angry. "What are you looking at, useless fools, both of you have no backbone."

Yu Su helped Yu Zhou up after making sure the little guy wasn't injured and then endured the pain as he stood up.

"Go to your father's side," Yu Su said to Yu Zhou without even looking at Yu Xiong.

The silent child raised his head, and his dark eyes burned with rage as he shook his head, indicating that he wanted to stand with Yu Su.

Seeing how thin and fragile Yu Zhou looked, closed off in his own world yet still wanting to protect his older brother, Yu Su's heart felt a pang of sourness. He rubbed Yu Zhou's head gently. "Be obedient."

Yu Zhou and Yu Su looked at each other for a moment, and then Yu Zhou nodded silently before walking to stand beside Jian Yunchuan in the corridor.

Jian Yunchuan was truly foolish. Seeing his son being bullied, he treated it as a funny matter, laughing and drooling.

Yu Su waited for Yu Zhou to stand next to Jian Yunchuan before looking at Yu Xiong. The thin boy straightened his back, accepting Yu Xiong's challenge. "If you want to duel, fine, just hope you won't cry for your parents when you lose."
