As the Montoya (my) family was unpacking and getting our furniture out from the truck, a new neighbor moved in as well. It was two parents and a guy, about my age and height. "Oh, we have new neighbors, we should go greet them!" "But mom, we just moved in, we didn't live here for years!" I said. "I know that sweetie, but even if we didn't live here for years, we should still go welcome them and greet them." said mom firmly. "Ok." I said. So then my parents went next door to welcome our new neighbors. "Hi, we just saw that you guys moved in, and we just wanted to welcome you!" said mom excitedly. "Oh, thank you so much!" said the lady. "I'm Lily Montoya, and this is my husband Sawyer and my daughter Haley." Mom was looking for a new friend too, I could so tell she was desperate. "Hi, I'm Haley Montoya, it's nice to see you!" It was actually nice to see new neighbors. "Hi, I'm Rose Jennings, and my husband George, and my son Jack. I wonder where he went?" said Rose. "Jack... Jack!!!" She repeatedly called until finally Jack came down from upstairs. "Yes mom?" he said "I'd like for you to greet your new neighbors, they live right next door. Meet the Montoya family!" Said Rose. Jack turned around, the first person he saw was me.
