"I am sure Harry has an explanation, Louis, please don't upset yourself," Niall said.

Did Harry have an explanation?

I didn't know.

"Did you see the man next to him?" I asked. I couldn't decide if I was angry or broken. "He looked older than Harry. I bet he is marrying that man just for the money."

"Harry doesn't seem like such a person."

"For God's sake!" shouted Liam. "He's only seen Harry twice. We don't know what kind of person he is."

"But-"

"Louis! Stop torturing yourself and admit that Harry is an asshole."

"He's not the type to do something like that, Liam," I tried to defend Harry. I couldn't even understand why I was defending him. He was someone who would do anything for a little fun. He was the worst thing that ever happened to me and I still couldn't hate him.

"You're working hard, you're exhausting yourself," Zayn said sympathetically. "You need some rest, but now we have a wedding to attend."

Oh right! It was the wedding season, we had dozens of weddings to attend.

"I hate weddings!"

Another wedding. It's a ridiculous event planned by couples who thinks love will save them, to show everyone how happy they are together.

“Try to look a little happy,” Zayn whispered. "They'll think you hate them."

"I hate them anyway," I said. I actually didn't hate them. Although we weren't close, we were friends. Still, it broke me to see that they were so happy with their loved ones.

In about half an hour, the hall was filled with hundreds of people. People in colorful clothes were chatting with each other and laughing. "I'll be back in a minute," I told the boys. I needed some air.

When I went out, I felt a little relieved. It felt good to finally get away from the noise and crowd.

"Louis?"

My mouth opened in amazement at the sound I heard. This couldn't be real, could it? He couldn't be here. When I turned to the direction where the voice came from, I came face to face with Harry.

“Thank you very much, thank you,” he said, looking up at the sky and clapping his hands happily. "I can't tell you how happy I am to see you, Louis."

"Why?" I asked, trying hard to sound cold.

"It's a little hard to explain."

"For God's sake Harry what's wrong with you?"

"Louis please-" his speech was interrupted by Charles approaching him. I hated these two.

"So your friend is here," he said indifferently. "Harry thought you weren't coming."

I wanted to oppose. I wanted to say that Harry is not my friend, he is a lying thief. But I could not. Harry's eyes stopped me.

"I couldn't leave Harry alone on a day like this," I said. I didn't even know what they were doing here.

"Your father was looking for you, Charles," said Harry. "He has something important to tell you."

We both felt the relief when Charles nodded and left us alone again.

"You have to pretend to be my friend, Louis."

"Why?"

"Because... Because we're celebrating our engagement today, and I don't have any friends here. It's weird."

"Why would I help you, Harry?" I asked, trying to remain calm. I wanted to show all my anger to Harry and sit on the floor and cry like a little kid at the same time. "Why did you have sex with me when you were with that man?"

"I can't explain that to you."

"You have to explain," I said. "I deserve an explanation."

"I can't Louis."

"You have to!" I shouted. "You can't do this to me, Harry. You can't play games with me." I lowered my voice when I felt the eyes of the people around us. "Give me a reason not to tell Charles everything."

“I love you,” he whispered. "I love you, Louis."

I let out a hysterical laugh. I couldn't believe Harry was like that

"You love me," I said. I had tears in my eyes from laughing.

"I really love you, Louis."

"You tell the same lie every time you get stuck!" I shouted, I didn't care about the people around. I just wanted to see Harry's heart break.

"Please don't shout," he whispered.

"Then give me a reason!" Even though my heart was broken, I was trying to look strong.

"I'm not marrying him because I love him," he said. "I love you Louis but I have to marry him."

"Why Harry? If you don't love him, why do you condemn yourself to an unhappy marriage?"

“Because…” He covered his face with his hands.

"Harry?" He was shaking and crying. I didn't know if it was real or one of his games, but I wanted to hug him.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry," he said, wiping his tears and trying to take deep breaths. "I have to marry Chales, Louis. I'm so sorry. I understand if you want to go, but I need you here," he said with teary eyes.

"Alright," I said, unable to contain myself any longer, and hugging Harry. "I don't know what kind of shit you've gotten yourself into, but it'll pass," I whispered in his ear, but it only made him cry even more. "I'm just going to ask you one thing and I want you to be honest, Harry," I said, taking his face in my hands and making him look into my eyes. "Are you in trouble?"

"I can't tell you that, Louis," he whispered.

Somehow this answer was enough for me.

It doesn't look like it right now but they will fix everything. Don't hate Harry...
