FINDING THE FIRST YEAR dorms were rather easy for the pair. Each dorm tower went up seven floors. The floors held three dorm rooms each. A bronze plaque held the names of students and which rooms they would be in for the remainder of the year.
Erika wandered down the hall as Pandora searched the plaque for their dorm. "Rikki, come! We're rooming together!" Erika audibly signed a sigh of relief. "Donno what I would do if we weren't." She chuckled taking a closer look. They were in Dorm A, Erika read out names of their other dormmates.
A dorm setting was not something Erika was used to, she and her sister both having grown up in bedrooms all their own. She had to learn the unspoken rules of cohabitation with other witches.
As Erika stepped into the dorm room, astonishment washed over her. It revealed a brilliantly illuminated circular space. Every girl occupied her own personal area, four beds seamlessly integrated into the walls. Above each bed, a window letting in natural light, accompanied by a dresser and a study desk thoughtfully placed nearby. The nooks were enveloped in opulent royal blue curtains, ensuring each girl's privacy. There were two ornate doors placed each side of the common room. "Bathrooms?" Erika thought.
"Merlin's Beard! Now, this is fit!" Pandora said throwing herself back onto the bed she had claimed. The one directly across from the dorm entrance. Erika chortled at her friends antics. Running and jumping into a bed on Pandora's right side.
