Day 1 with Daddy Dave

Jay had left to meet his flight to make sure that he got home and away from both Sana and Dave so they could begin their two weeks as a couple.

They pulled up outside of Dave's place. Sana got out of her car and looked around as Dave got out of his, they both lived in and around New York, so going to work for Sana would be easy as her offices weren't that far away.
It was late and all she could think about was going to sleep, she needed to be in the office early the next morning for a business meeting. All Dave wanted to do was drink and smoke in his studio room downstairs with his homies.

Dave showed her to the bedroom and for tonight Sana didn't even care, both of them had worn her out again and she just needed to sleep.

Sana woke up at 5.30, she had set her alarm so she didn't sleep in. Today was A crucial business meeting to secure funds in her empire with a joint surgical cosmetics company venture. She got up and saw Dave sleeping next to her. She nudged him and he woke up. "Sup baby, what time is it?." He said his voice deep and croaky.

"It's 5.30..

"What?.. why are you waking me up at this time, it's the middle of the night." He said to her.

" because I'm going to get ready now, I need to leave, I've got a really important business meeting today so I'm gonna be leaving in about half an hour." She told him.

"Aite, what time will you be home?."

She looked at him, she had never really been asked these kind of questions before because she wasn't used to being in relationships. "I don't know..

" what do you mean you don't know? You must know what time you finish work?."

"I don't know 6 maybe 7, it depends how things go today." She said to him sounding annoyed to be asked.

She was then annoyed that he fell back to sleep and didn't want to see her on her way out. She got herself ready and headed to her car. She sat there for a second preparing herself for the day when she began to think about Jay and wondering what he was up to now. The rules were that she wasn't allowed to contact him until it was his time for her to be with him. That she was going to find the hardest, as she secretly loved to hear from them both.
She left early enough to beat the heavy traffic and as she got into her office, Jade was already there with her favourite Caramel latte in her hand. "Oh Jade you are a life saver."

Jade smiled. " well I thought it might have been something that you would need today, after all today is the big day."

"Yes it is." She said. " thank you for this." She said taking the coffee from her. "I do need to get my head down for a little while and work on the paperwork for this, let me know if anyone from the company calls other than that please hold all of my calls until I let you know otherwise."

"No problem." She said and headed away from her.

Sana got into office kicked off her heels and sat on her leather sofa, she opened her laptop and began to go through all of the test paperwork and the crucial documentation for this company on boarding procedure. As she was getting into it her cellphone rang. She saw that it was Regina.

"Hey girl, how was last night."Regina said with a smile in her voice.

"Do you know how early it is and you are here asking me this question already...

"Sis, I am stuck in traffic on my way to downtown Manhattan, humour me... Give me something to take my mind off of this daily grind bullshit."

"Well, last night was very intense once again! But they seem to think they've come up with an idea which will help me make a decision on which one of them I want to be with. I moved in with Dave last night and will be with him for two weeks, living our everyday lives together. At the end of the two weeks, I go and live with Jay in LA for two weeks and do this thing all over again with him. Then we are all supposed to get together and discuss where I want to be next."

"Oh girl they are fucking with you.. you do know that neither of them wanna give up this sexual liaison thing that they got going on with you.. they are going to make you hate the idea of being in a relationship with one or the other of them, this is so that they can keep things the way that they are... i know just how men think."

Sana laughed. " you know what, the thought had crossed my mind. In the way that Dave was acting this morning, he was completely different to how he was last night, I mean like a complete change around. So I guess I'll just have to play them at their own game."

"Sana, I love you but you do need to ask yourself what it is that you want, are you happy to carry on playing with both of these men and let them play with you, or do you wanna settle down with one of them or someone else... I guess what they are trying to make you do is make that decision and quickly."

"I know, but I get a months worth of fun out of it... And then I'll let them know at the end."

Dave was in the studio at 1pm, he was working on bringing out his next album. Millie walked in with Kairi. "You said you wanted to take her for tonight."

"Yeah, i'll bring a back over tomorrow lunchtime." He said to her.

Millie loitered, as if she wasn't ready to leave the studio just yet and she had things on her mind that she wanted to say. She stopped and looked at Dave. "Dave, the way things ended in Amsterdam, I don't know if I did anything wrong, but I was hoping that we could talk about it?."

Dave looked at her. " there isn't really anything to talk about.. it's over." He told her. "We can just do what we need to do for our baby."

She nodded, A little disgruntled and walked out of the studio. Dave watched after her.
